Comment : Policies. They miss diagnosed my truck and still charged me $398 to plug a computer in. I personally believe they did this so I would trade my truck in to buy a new one. They diagnosed my DPF was bad, which it was not but wanted to charge me $11,500 to replace. They also said my drag link was bad, found out it wasn't. I did like the dealership until this. I think the company needs to rethink their business policies.

Comment : Customer service in the repair department from Shane really lacks communication, between Ford recalls and the Londonderry shop. I've had multiple problems with them and lining up the repairs that Ford should be Covering. Very frustrating to deal with this location. I don't recommend it.

Comment : We were expecting the extensive service on our plow truck to take a few days. We dropped the truck off and the first day the service team went through the truck to put the estimate together. The second day, a major snow storm came through. My husband is disabled and cannot shovel us out. When the service adviser called to say the truck was ready any they can drop it off (and pick up my Navigator for service) by lunch time in the middle of the snow storm, I couldn't believe my ears...... I really do think the staff in the Service Dept at Lononderry Ford are miracle workers!

Comment : Went to a different Ford dealership originally and was left disappointed. Called Londonderry Ford on our way out of the dealership and they handled everything for us. Drove right there and they had the car we were interested in waiting out front to test drive. We worked with Brad and he was great. A down to earth guy, who knew his stuff. We never felt pressured to buy. They were able to work with a sister dealership to get the color of car I wanted. We went on vacation before we picked up the car and Brad sent my texts with lots of pictures and updates. Brad walked me through all the features during pick up and moved his schedule around to accommodate our desired pick up date. Brad then went even more above and beyond and delivered floor mats to our house after we left with the vehicle. Highly recommend!
