I always communicate with management first and give an opportunity for any issues to be rectified. In 2014 I posted a five-star review for this dealership. Unfortunately, this experience in March of 2025 did not go as well. I still hope we can find a mutually beneficial resolution to this.After many months of researching colors and options, we were ready to purchase a 2025 Bronco Sport. I had created a list of options we were looking for and shared it with our salesperson, Anna Davis. Prior to visiting the dealership, I did not realize the Cargo Management System that we had seen and really liked in our daughter's Bronco Sport was not a standard item. When we met with Anna and noticed that the car we were interested in did not have the CMS, we learned that it was a $190 optional item that this vehicle was not equipped with. But Anna told us we could easily purchase it separately from Ford Accessories.A few days later we completed the purchase of the Bronco, and the next day started trying to find the CMS on Ford's website. I was not successful, and emailed Anna. She responded, "Thank you so much for your patience - this was extremely hard to hunt down. It appears the cargo table is a system your 25MY needs to be retrofitted for..." We learned that, rather than it being a $190 accessory, a complete retrofit of the cargo area would need to occur to replace the panels and have the mounting rails needed for the system to lock in place. The cost would be $3,015 plus labor and rewiring.We spoke with multiple people at the dealership asking if anything could be done. When I spoke with Kevin Watson on March 17th, he initially thought the estimate we had received had to be an error and double-checked it. He emailed shortly after letting me know the pricing was correct.To avoid taking any responsibility for the error, we are now being told by the sales manager that we did not let our salesperson know that we were interested in the Cargo Management System until after purchasing the vehicle. This is not accurate. Although it was not on the original spreadsheet I sent prior to meeting Anna, as soon as we saw the car we made sure she was well aware that we were looking for the CMS.We are disappointed that we were given misinformation by the dealership and now have a car that is not exactly what we wanted. We were hoping the dealership would fix the situation, but they are not willing to incur the significant cost. I suggested possibly they might be able to take back our car to use as a service loaner or a demo and credit us what we paid. But I was told the ownership paperwork had already been filed with the state. The options they provided are:1. We pay the $3,015 we were quoted plus wiring and labor costs2. We order a new vehicle with the CMS, wait a few months for it to come in, and trade in our vehicle when it arrives. They would offer us "current market value" for our trade-in when the replacement arrives, which means we would lose thousands of dollars.We drive by this dealership multiple times a day and have purchased multiple new Fords from them. We have used the service area and body shop dozens of times over the past 20+ years. BJ, in particular, is always great to deal with.To have the exciting experience of purchasing a brand new car end in disappointment is extremely unfortunate.I typically post positive reviews, and rarely post negative. Let me just say the customer service this dealer's Service department provides is OUTSTANDING. Wanda specifically is an asset to the Londonderry community. Wanda is informative, helpful, and best of all she checks your ford points!! Chris in service is also great and has outstanding customer service. I work across the street, and they organized a shuttle service to my building, and they delivered my vehicle back to my building after the service was complete. Talk about a white glove service. Highly recommended.I've never purchased a vehicle here, but this is where I bring my Ford for all its service. Daryn was an extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful sales associate, and it was a pleasure working with him. He was able to help me trade in my current vehicle on the spot and went above and beyond every step of the way. His colleague Roger made the financing process stress free and easy, and the entire staff was fabulous as well. When I forgot my glasses in the glove box of my previous vehicle, Daryn mailed them right back to me along with a keychain I had forgotten to take from the old keys, and I had them back in no time at all.
