The sales team was wonderful and not pushy at all , which I appreciated .
They took the time to listened to what I was needing and did everything they could to make it happen .
I got a great price on my new 2025 Bronco Sport and a great trade in price .
Some communication thru text and a few phone calls which was very easy .
They worked on the finance end of the deal before I arrived , so when I got there it went quick and smooth . They even called my insurance company to get that all squared away for me 😊
After my salesman explained everything in the car and made sure I was comfortable
He brought me to the Service Dept. to introduce me to everyone .

Comment : Josh turned car buying into an ACTUAL pleasant experience. I?ve bought many vehicles over the years, and never have I experienced a car salesman who was so patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. In addition, the other employees were so welcoming to my first-time-car-buying-Daughter. I would recommend Ford of Londonderry over and over again! You will be very happy with this decision!

Comment : Do not ever give this dealer your email address or you will forever be receiving spam emails. There is no way to unsubscribe as the "unsubscribe" link is unreachable. I have contacted them and asked to be removed, but the continue to send me emails every other day or so. Any dealer that treats customers this way does not deserve to have your business - I know they will never have mine.
