Comment : My wife and I stopped by last Friday and the salesman was unwelcoming. He did not greet us and he tried selling me a truck with A LOT of Lot Rot! That is the last time I waste my time going to this dealership. Spend your hard-earned money in a place that welcomes everyone, not rude and professional.

Comment : Service department is very familiar with larger trucks F-350 and up. Another dealer I had visited was not as familiar and was not able to identify failing parts properly.

Comment : Spoke to sales rep Kevin over the phone asking about a car they had online, Kevin was extremely rude and very short with me. I asked about a car he told me they didn’t have it even though it was listed online told me he would call me back with information and after he got my name and number he hung up in my face. So unprofessional!!!

Comment : I just bought a new Maverick from this dealer, and it could not have been a smoother transaction. There is no shortage of professionalism here! Anna, my sales person, did everything I needed over the phone, and alerted me as soon as the truck was in stock. 1 day later she took me on a test drive for as long as I needed to check out all the features. On day 2 everything was done, and the sales team made sure I was able to take the truck home. Thank you Ford of Londonderry for making things easy!
