Comment : This 5 star review is a 4.8, I'll explain.
Recently, my teenager's car broke down in the dead heat of the summer. So like a good dad, spent a couple sweaty evenings and busted knuckles, mustered up all of my best sailors vernacular and hillbilly ingenuity... and still couldn't fix it.
I admitted defeat and called my father in law.
After I explained all my steps, he said, "well Shaner, hopefully you've got somebody". I said "what do you mean". He laughed, "you know... someone you trust to work on it".
It was that moment I realized the value of having this shop.
Anytime I've needed a tow, the tow guy knows right where Robert's is. I've had tires replaced, electrical issues diagnosed, and one winter when we slid in the snow, Robert's fixed our old Subaru in record time.
Now here's the thing. There is no website, the place is difficult to park in, it's a little greasy, and sometimes when you call, Dee hangs up on you on accident. I suspect that some folks with fancier cars than mine might find this problematic. That's where the 4.8 stars is from.

But, if you've ever been in and seen Dee answering phones, and grabbed a Hershey bar from the dish, or chatted with one of the mechanics, it doesn't take long to see "someone you trust to work on it" can be hard to find these days and is something you should hold on to.
I am a rich man to have Robert's nearby.

Comment : You saying they charge me for everything possible I'm told it will cost me $430. They ended up charging me $900. I had just went to the dealership the day before and they were gonna charge me $600 but when I went to Floyd, they told me two additional things were needing fixed which the dealership had looked at those things and did not say anything about them so I'm wondering did the dealership over those things or their Floor is just overcharged me for something that didn't need .

Comment : I have taken several vehicles here. Always honest and they do quality work. I no longer live close and still take my cars here. worth the extra travel.
