Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Fletcher's towing service arrived very quickly, got my car where it needed to go, and the price was very fair. I am very happy with the service and the man who answered the phone and made all of the arrangements was extremely courteous and helpful.Thank you!

Comment : We have been bringing our cars to Fletchers for about 20 years and have gotten to know the service managers very well over the years. Tommy is the current manager and I always have confidence in his assessments and that he will give us a fair estimate. I bought a new Lexus recently and got four free "services" with the purchase. At the last service, the dealership gave me a list of things that they said needed to be done, totaling around $3,500.00. I brought it in to Tommy and after assessing the car, he told me none of those items needed to be done in an urgent fashion or for safety reasons. I know that I can trust that Tommy will tell us what needs to be done on any of our cars.

Comment : I bought my Honda Accord Hybrid in 2017. It sits in the driveway all year so it experiences heat, cold, rain, snow, ice, etc. Even though I run it through Fletcher's car wash periodically for a "glam" perk-me-up, it was seriously showing its age. This Auugust, I received a gift certificate for an ultimate detail job from Fletcher's and last week I cashed it in. My "baby" looks like new again - all shiny and clean both inside and out! I am so very pleased with the outcome. The quality of work doesn't surprise me because I have delt with Fletcher's before regarding car servicing. They have always done a great job, and been fair and honest in their pricing!

Comment : I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot to Fletcher's after I noticed a significant amount of motor oil on the coil packs and spark plugs when I was changing out the plugs. As I hadn't seen anything like this in all my life as a "shade tree mechanic", I went online to YouTube and found out this is fairly common on older Honda's 3500 V6 engine and the fix is significant, i.e., labor intensive and costly. It was way beyond anything that I would tackle. I'm getting smarter in my old age.
I called around to a few local places and Fletcher's said that they would look at it. The mechanic called back and laid out what the parts and labor estimate would likely be. At this point, it's just an educated guess until you remove the valve covers, as it could more than leaky gaskets. As it turned out, it was.
The repair was more extensive than estimated, but they took their time and did it right. I could not be happier.
