Comment : The cash register girls on the weekend are horrible they gossip back and forth with each other while you wait for them to ring you up . Then they don’t even say thank you . My last time going there .

Comment : These days, it’s hard to find kind people especially in services industry. This morning, Fletcher took care of my almost 90 year Dad with just a phone call for help. They stayed on the phone with me and made sure my Dad was ok and took him home in this humid weather. I appreciate their unbiased service and heartwarming gesture to help a stranger. Thank you, Will, Rick, and many others at Fletcher.

Comment : New to the area and wanted to check out this car wash. I got the #1 wash. Between my seats, cup holder and back seats weren't even wiped down or cleaned. Very disappointed.

Comment : This place is cool! They have a tunnel and drive your car through with people cleaning it on the inside! I have a bike rack and they wouldn't wash my car because of it! Water is everywhere whenever someone finishes washing.

Comment : Grossly overpriced- shop around before you settle for this place!Brought my 2010 Hyundai Tucson in because one of the power windows was stuck in the down position and would not go back up in addition to an oil change and plugging a tire. After dropping my car off, I got a call a couple of hours later and I was told by the mechanic that the motor and regulator would need to be replaced and that it would cost around $1600.00 -- excuse me what?! This didn't sound right so I told him I needed think on it for a few and that I'd call him right back.I called two other local shops in Olney and both quoted me between $400-$600 for the same job - so obviously I went with another shop. I promptly called Fletcher's back and told the mechanic that I was looking into other options and to not do the work on the window but that I would still like them to do the oil change and tire plug that I also needed. The mechanic sounded annoyed by that and told me that I would still be charged for taking off the door panel to inspect/diagnose the issue which was $119.00- I said that's fine, no problem. Then he told me that if I decide to come back to get the window fixed, I would be charged AGAIN for taking off the door panel -- umm okay? That's extremely off putting and a great way to make sure a customer to never returns.I got my window fixed for $400 at another local shop.
