Comment : First off, going to a car repair place has always been daunting as a woman but I felt very comfortable there. Stephen lights up the space and really puts me at ease. He was great with explaining the inspection. He shared pictures of the issue and appeared very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem in no time. Thanks you!

Comment : Don't go to this shop if you're a single woman. A 0/10 experience and if you're feeling frisky I do have the screenshots for what they tried to charge me and how much it actually costed to get fixed at a mechanic that was not going to scalp me.Came in and asked for a quote on my steering pump ONLY. The man at the front came out and took pictures of my car, which is normal. I followed him out because I want to know what you're doing with my car, but he didn't like it, I suppose, because he came back in, typed on his computer, and wordlessly left through the employee door, exited through the back of the building, and walked all the way to the front to drive my car to the service station. You should have just told me what you were doing and to stay put. Rude, but if you can fix my car for cheap it's AOK.The man at the counter came back and quoted me for a tire alignment (didn't ask for it), European(!!) steering fluid for my honda for $60 ($15 a pop at O'Reilly's, I get charging double but 4X? You've got to be serious), and stated my rack and pinion was bad. I almost fell for it before I realized that's just not right. They had diagnosed it under 30 minutes and I had poured steering fluid all over my car because I didn't have a funnel the day before. How would you be able to tell without cleaning up my mess?? They quoted me for $1,500 worth of work.I took my car to Goodyear, paid $330, and she drives fantastic. Do not go here.Don't go to this shop if you're a single woman.
