Comment : I was in a hurry, since I forgot to get my inspection because my registration was expired, I mention that to him and he said I have a 8 o???clock available, I said I need to go out of town, he said sorry, I offered $40 tip to start now, he said sorry can???t roll that way.. I made it clear the $40 was to get started now (they had no cars in the shop) and they let me leave upset at them, I truly believe every customer needs to leave happy. Comment : Ive got an odd tire size, so i was told to buy my own tire and they???d put it on my car for me. Whoever i had talking to me told me to call the day i got my tire and they???d put it on for me. I did exactly that and they said they were too busy to do it. Not a deal breaker, but very inconvenient. The deal breaker was a 1,300$ quote for pads and rotors. Glad i went to a different tire shop, got a quote for half the price, same parts, same day service.Finally, i was skeptical that whoever had my car screwed my emergency brake because he pulled it so effin far back and now it doesnt really work unless you pull it that far back again. But i got that checked professionally, and it turns out he did, stay away from these guys. Should have just gone to the christain brothers down the road.Edit: I???ll upgrade the review to 2 stars, because I do appreciate the apology. However, I do remember having that conversation. I believe there was a slight difference from the original quote on the price range that the mechanic gave me at first tire. Still an asinine price for the repairs needed even if it was on the low end. I can double this opinion because of the look the second shop gave me when I showed them y???all???s quote. Again, I appreciate the apology. Comment : You're always a little hesitant taking your car to an auto shop for the first time, well there's no need to worry here! Marvin and Henry had great service skills and my car was fixed quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
