Comment : Overall, a very positive experience. The appointment process was very easy with flexible scheduling. Check-in was very fast and easy. The work was completed efficiently and my vehicle was available when promised. Every step of the process was explained along the way. The staff kept in touch with me and provided updates throughout the process. So far, no issues with the work done. I'm impressed with the helpfulness, attentiveness, and professionalism of the staff. This was my first time visiting this location but definitely won't be my last!

Comment : My Honda service experience was always great! This time, it was Ryan who handled my car service and it was always efficient, managed with professionalism and excellent communication in explaining to me what was done etc. Also thank you for the exterior car wash, too!

Comment : Great customer service! Also saved me money by not performing a tire rotation. I had requested it, but they suggested I get new tires (which I knew I needed) and therefore did not do the rotation to save me the money. Other places would have done the rotation and then told me to get new tires.
