Comment : Do not take your car here for any services!!! They put a new transmission in my car just for it to fail on me in 2 1/2 months. Before I left from picking up my car, I was looking over the paperwork they handed to me, I noticed they tried giving me the wrong paperwork and what they had done to my car and wouldn t fix it when I had asked for the right paperwork.

Comment : I brought my car in a few weeks ago to be looked over since I just purchased it. It's a new to me, used car that had no obvious issues. I was told I needed brakes. I brought the car in and had the brakes replaced. Almost right away the breaks began squeeking. Any time you press on the brakes they make a squeaking noise. I called and was told to bring it back in. The guy took my car back. He agreed that they make a sound but after looking at them he said he couldn't find anything and asked me what I would like for him to do. I simply said, I want them fixed. He went back and said something about spray paint on the tires being the issue. I told him we would never spray paint the tires. He said he thinks the sound is gone. I thought great and left. Within a couple minutes they started squeaking again. I waited a few more days but it didn't stop so I called. The first thing he said once again was .. "what would you like me to do?" I responded once again.... "I would like the brakes to not squeak." He was obviously frustrated but told me to bring it in. Well, today my husband took the car in and he then asked my husband what would you like me to do? My husband said fix the breaks. He proceeded to tell me husband that he is not getting paid for this and again asked "what would you like me to do?" At this point I'm livid. I initially brought my car in for a quick look over. Now I have brakes that will not stop squeeking. On top of that the guy I've been dealing with continuously asks what we would like him to do and keeps saying he's not getting paid for this. Never in my life have I ever dealt with a business that refused to fix their mistake and always asks what I want them to do, when the reality is they know this needs fixed. I did call corporate to make a complaint. I absolutely do not appreciate the worker that I've been dealing with calling me and leaving a voicemail saying he heard I left a complaint and once again asking.... What do you want me to do? I will not leave the gentlemans name here but please do not call me again! Please take your car anywhere else. There are other Firestones. This place created an issue and instead of fixing it just asks what we would like for them to do. I'm just in complete shock that this is the treatment you get for bringing your car there!

Comment : I'll copy the complain made to the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General: Months after a turbo replacement performed by Firestone, my vehicle began to show serious mechanical problems. Specifically, while driving, the coolant light activated, and my car began to steam, forcing me to pull over due to a smoking engine. Upon inspection by another 3rd party mechanic, it was discovered that the initial service provider (Firestone) had failed to secure the coolant on top of the turbo, causing it to leak, and left wires on the firewall loose which is a safety hazard. It appears a temporary hold by a rubber O-ring gave way under pressure, leading to the malfunction. After reporting this issue to Firestone and sending them an invoice for the corrective work done by the second mechanic, they initially agreed in writing to send a compensation check and asked what additional compensation I desired. However, upon my follow-up, they ceased communication and later accused both the mechanic who inspected the vehicle and me of fraudulent claims, despite having SUBSTANTIAL documentation and photographic evidence of the oversight and subsequent damages.

Comment : They all lied the whole time about everything. The only person who tried to do their job is Brandon but sadly his coworkers suck.

Comment : Piss poor customer service, they called me to inform me that the battery i had scheduled at 7:09 AM is no longer in stock. They decided to inform me of this at 3:42PM from a no caller ID number. When I called back the phone call failed then the second time someone picked up and AGGRESSIVELY hung up. I decided after this and NUMEROUS ISSUES with firestone that I am not even going to that appointment. I would call to cancel but seeing as they dont like to answer RETURNED CALLS I will not waste my time or their time canceling the appointment. Customer service seems to have disappeared now and no one cares to do their job RIGHT.
