Comment : Almost there 2hrs for tire rotation. Car was already done waiting outside without anybody telling me it s done. Had i not checked, who knows, could ve been there until they close

Comment : Every time I go there I tell him I do not need new valve stems yet every time I get home I see on the bill I was charged for valve stems. Today I looked at my valve stems and theyre the same dirty valve stems that I had yet I was charged for them.

Comment : I contacted Support with several unprofessional and discriminatory concerns at a recent purchase at you North Fayette location the day of purchase . . I was told the district Mgr would contact me in 72 hrs to further discuss the Service and no contact to date ?? Mgr. Inability to honor my family discount without any warning in change of procedures but my daughter & I received the discount few weeks at this location In a previous purchase .i was previously informed I would get a mileage warranty by Kevin if I drive my tires 3000 additional miles in Oct 2024 . I had my tires rotated then by your service tech and they failed to document .and I was told I would receive a . Comment : Got tires and alignment done back in November. However the alignment was not done properly. As well as they failed to inform me my back bolts that were needed for the alignment were seized up and needed replace. Had to get brand new set of tires and another alignment this past weekend. Very disappointed and will not return.

Comment : I had a very bad experience with this location. They had my car for 5 days due to issues getting the fleet company approval and they refused to call to get it straightened out. After multiple calls from me over multiple days, I was able to get them to do the work. The car was returned to me with the new tires filled to the wrong pressure. Comment : I would be writing a 100% happy email but the car was returned with dirt/grease on the gear selector , grease on the steering wheel, and finger prints on the out side of the door. I get it was at a repair place but they should wash their hands before pulling the cars out of the shop. Everything else was great!
