Comment : Noooo!!! My people, what a disappointment this dealership is, I do not recommend coming here. Everyone seems to want to help you and provide good service, but when your vehicle breaks down, you bring it in to get it fixed, it takes almost two weeks to get it fixed, only for the vehicle to end up worse. Even though they are a large dealer, they do not have vehicles to lend, since it is their problem for not having good workers in the service area/mechanics. How do you manage to be paying for such an expensive vehicle, not being able to use it and still having to miss days of work because they do not even have cars to lend, do not come!

Comment : Took my ?19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

Comment : Employees were rude and would not listen. The service department was the worse experience I have ever had when at a dealership.

Comment : Service itself was good and for reasonable prices. It seemed difficult to properly communicate and arrange service, but it was ultimately done.
