Comment : My issue was not diagnosed to my satisfaction. My car overheated and after paying over $1100.00 I still don?t know why. I picked the car up lighter in the pocket and not knowing a thing more than when I took it there. I felt like the tech was trying to double talk me. I know more about cars than I led on.

Comment : Service needs a little more help. When purchasing a vehicle of course customer service is awesome but. Service department needs some help. They?re all depressed and have people waiting way too long (with appointment)

Comment : Finnegan's service department is outstanding. They are very polite and respectful. My wife and I always get our oil changes and tire rotation done at Finnegan. We don't have to wait very long and we never had anything wrong with our vehicles after the service is completed. Awesome dealership

Comment : I came in for an oil change. There was coffee and snacks in the brake room. It took some time. I didn?t have an appointment. They kept me in formed. And they told me I needed a battery. I was satisfied with the customer service.

Comment : Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate my timing. Once at the dealer, check was quick and I was on my way. They gave me an approximate time for the service and texted me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
