Comment : I have to say prior to Jered service wasn’t very good for me. I once had my car there for the same issue 3 times in the same month. However, the last time Jered made it right. So when I needed service again, I knew who to go to. I called and got an estimate, dropped it off and he got me back in working order for less than what was quoted. I’ll never complain about spending less money. Thank you Ferris, but especially Jered, he’s the real MVP.

Comment : Had a terrible experience at Ferris Today with salesman Bob McClain. I came in to test drive a new vehicle and have my 2024 Tundra appraised for trade-in. When I returned from the test drive, Bob didn’t ask how I liked the vehicle or engage in any normal sales talk—I had to bring up pricing myself. He then told me he couldn’t offer a trade value because of a recalled part on my truck that’s on backorder, and said he’d have to “sit on it for months.” He even suggested I sell my Toyota to a private party instead of trading it in at a Toyota dealership. Things got confrontational fast, and Bob got in my face. If this is the kind of service Ferris offers, I’d strongly recommend staying away.
