Comment : Did not honor powertrain warranty, ignored my issue and claimed nothing was wrong when my VW stopped automatically unlocking and push to start stopped working. Changed key fob. Refused to replace key fob. And refused to cover tires.

I paid these people around 12k maybe more for this, and they didn't hold up their end of the bargain. Car is paid off now. I will be seeing them in court if they do not fix it.

[Yes, my powertrain wore off. But the issue has been a thing since way back years ago, so I will be calling to get my tires reimbursed, because I had to get a new set put on right after buying it, and also I had better have a functional electrical system or I am going to sue HARD AND DEEP because I paid a shit ton of money for their useless techs to tell me "nothing is wrong"]

I have the papers to show I complained of the same issue way back in like 2022/2023 so they had better fix the issue or I am going to put their business under the court system.

Comment : I was looking for a used car that wasn?t a Subaru and got Leo. I went there bc my last vehicle was purchased from Faulkner. He was very nice but not to helpful. He didn?t put much effort into trying to selling me the car at all. He didn?t know much about the car at all and couldn?t answer many questions. He also said he would be calling me the next day and he didn?t. I had to call after him twice. Now I don?t like pushy salesmen but I do like them to act as interested as I was and find out whatever they can about the car I?m asking about even though it wasn?t a Subaru. Also no one else in the sales department seemed remotely friendly. It wasn?t the kind of experience I was looking for. Maybe if I was there to buy a brand new vehicle he would have.

Comment : Just bought a used Honda Accord and I can tell that the previous owners had a white dog by the clumps of hair in an around the seat belt clips. They didn't vacuum well, they didn't clean the dash they didn't even move the gear shift to clean the base that is hidden when the car is in park. I'm super disappointed and I hope and pray that their mechanics are better than their detailers. I didn't take a picture before I vacuumed the back seat, but I should have. Never again.

Comment : First time buying a car from a Subaru certified dealer, they?re the real deal as far as I can tell. All departments coordinate well amongst themselves, and the service dept even committed to a $800+ repair for free in order to pass an out of state inspection when I took it back to them.
No other major problems w the car; a 2019 crosstrek with a bit under 100,000 miles.

Reputable and they care about their image and how they?re known. You might find a few extremely minor inconveniences here or there buying from them, but overall I have to leave a recommendation if you?re in the area and interested in a Subaru. This isn?t one of those fancy new building certified dealers who only gives a damn about the sales numbers; they want to make sure you leave w a positive experience, and that it stays that way after you?re off the lot.
