Comment : 🚨 Fraudulent and Dishonest Dealership 🚨

Do not buy a car here. This was the most appalling car‑buying experience I’ve ever had, and it will absolutely be my last. Within three weeks of ownership, four dashboard warning lights appeared. A full inspection elsewhere revealed that parts the dealership claimed were replaced had not been touched.

I had to return the car multiple times in the first two weeks, only to be blamed for the problems. Each time they insisted the vehicle was “fixed,” another warning light appeared. In the end, I was forced to spend $1,500 on repairs immediately after purchase—repairs that should never have been necessary if the dealership had been honest.

The sales associate was more interested in chasing another sale than helping us, and the technicians lied about replacing parts. The car wasn’t even cleaned as promised, and instead of the all‑season tires we requested, we were given summer tires.

This dealership is built on deception, not customer service. Their fraudulent practices and blatant disregard for integrity prove they cannot be trusted. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place.

Comment : I've been looking for a very specific used Subaru Forester for over a year (I'd been told by other dealerships that I was "looking for a unicorn"), and Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg got me my dream car. Caleb W. was amazing; I could not recommend him enough. Everything was done in a timely manner. No one was overly pushy about trying to sell me a bunch of add-ons. Literally one of the chillest, easiest car purchasing/dealership experiences I've had.

Comment : I recently bought a preowned Outback. Caleb Warnick was the sales person assisting us. He was very helpful and made the experience positive from inquiries, through test drives, and then purchasing. I will definitely return when needing a replacement vehicle!

Comment : Worst car buying experience of my life. Felt deceived and manipulated the entire way. Certainly wont be letting servicing touch this car ever. Zero trust in this dealership or brand name. Im fully aware there is nothing they will do to make this right. Dont buy into their responses asking folks to reach out to them. What will they honestly do? They got their sale. Go anywhere else.
