Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Never picks up the phone even when it says he’s open, the brakes I was given were twice faulty, but I find myself unable to go in and switch them out with my warranty because he never picks up!

Comment : Was stranded on the side of the road, AAA was going to drop my car off here but I wanted to get a quote first and I called, they were supposed to call back but never did. He said he’d call back in about 20 min and it was an hour and a half later and I was still stranded with nowhere to take my car to.

Comment : That place was garbage. After they replaced master cylinder on my s2000, it killed the clutch and costed me $1500 to replace. Stay the fuck away from those morons.

Comment : Been coming to Tuan for 17 years for various automotive projects. He is kind humble and will give you an honest answer. This last time instead of selling me on an expensive alternator service I didn't need, he tested my car and realized there was nothing wrong so I just bought him lunch and he didn't even charge me. Tuan is a stand up guy and a good friend.
