Comment : I recently brought my 8-year-old Ford in for service, and I was impressed by the professionalism and clarity at the service desk. The young man who assisted me took the time to explain the work performed—installing new rear sway bar links and flushing and replacing the coolant—so I could fully understand what my vehicle needed and why. With the car approaching 100,000 miles, I appreciated the thoughtful attention and straightforward communication. It’s reassuring to know my Ford is in capable hands.
