Comment : Excellent service valet picked up my car. She's very friendly and sweet. She notified me when the car was ready and when she was leaving to come back, it has always maintenance on the car is top Kevin S is there a mechanic I always request and Sierra is the valet.

Comment : I purchased my car from Farmington Ford and I have not let anybody else touch it. They have one mechanic that I asked for if he's available his name is Kevin Parquette. I believe this is his last name. He makes sure that if there's anything wrong with my vehicle, he will come and talk to me and tell me if it needs to be done right away or if it needs to be done in another month we'll make a decision that is best interest for my car

Comment : Don, the Service Advisor got me right in for service within a few days around the holidays. The technician had to do a lot of troubleshooting to get to the root cause. I respect Kevin for his undivided attention. Thank you Farmington Ford!
