Comment : In a storm of car related problems mavis and the incredibly friendly assistant manager max we’re an oasis. I started the morning by finding out my car battery was dead, after a jump I got her on the road but noticed a strange banging sound coming from under the hood and my steering wheel was shaking violently. I started to make my way to the nearest auto part store slowly when a deer or some sort of animal jumped out infront of me, I swerved to avoid it but ended up running into another car. We both ended up off the road I popped my tire drivers side, they ended up popping both front tires and we scrapped the side of both our cars up pretty bad, thankfully no one save the other dudes wife was hurt (spilled some hot coffee on herself- embarrassing). Anyway we traded insurance information and called them a tow truck to mavis, I put on my spare a drive over that way, I walked in with an appointment to get my battery changed but when they saw the state my car was in their team jumped into action like professionals. While they were a bit busy as it seems everyone local knows they do good work, the team over there managed to fix my whole car in only a few hours, while I waited the assistant manager max walked me through how much it would all cost, helped me understand exactly what they were doing, their whole team was polite and Max even offered me some of his lunch when I asked where the closest place to eat within walking distance was. About an hour into my stay I noticed the kind couple I hit had made it to mavis and their car was already on a loft getting new tires fit, they even offered to keep clean the wife’s coffee stain. In the end it was a horrible day for me and my car, but the silver lining is I now know my go to shop next time my car won’t start. I want to especially thank Max and Hunter who were polite, efficient and patient with me throughout my time at Mavis.

Comment : Took my Veloster here because it was having trouble still after 3 different mechanics. They had it fixed and turned around in no time and it didn’t break the bank for once.
