Comment : I called early in the morning to set an appointment for an inspection. When I showed up I was told that the machine was broken. I explained that I had an appointment that I scheduled with Carlos. Brenden explained that Carlos must work in the call center and he don't know that the machine is broken. Brenden did not apologize or offer any compassion. He acted as though he did not care at all. The funny thing is, the reason I choose to get my inspection there was because I am looking for tires. I won't go to them, ever, very rude.

Comment : My wife’s car simply doesn’t get enough use. After owning the car for 10 years there was only 39,000 miles on it. The original tires (yes, the originals) were rotting out. Mavis quoted me a good price for for new tires and was able to put them on immediately. In and out in less than an hour. Amazing!

Comment : I purchased new tires for the front of my car. When I made the appointment I asked if rotation was included and they said yes. But they didn't rotate them because they said it needed new tires on the rear as well. That is debatable according to the mechanic who recommended tires for the front.

Comment : Tire pressure low popped up in my vehicle while out and about. I got out to see if I could find something in my tire. I found a small bold right in the center. Went to Mavis Tire with no appointment in New Bern and couldn't be more pleased with the service. The gentleman at the counter was very very courteous, couldn't guarantee they could fix it but would take a look. A short while later it was all fixed. Definitely recommend.
