Comment : My boyfriend had tires put on at another tire shop and had a leak. He called and this shop was very polite and welcoming they said, “bring it on by”. It was the Sunday following Thanksgiving and it only took five minutes!!! Very thankful for their kindness and quickness on our problem!!!

It turns out that I was in fact having coolant intrusion through cylinder 3 and my engine ended up failing. They clearly didn't do any diag, just fed me some BS and charged me $221. There was no leak in the coolant jug, Something they would have known of they did a pressure test.'>

Comment : Update: I called customer relations as the reply suggested and explained the situation. They reached out to the store who then contacted me and issued a refund. Overall good customer service and very quick with the resolution. They made right by the situation.

Original post:
I'm sure they're fine for routine maintenance but anything beyond an oil change, tires, or sparkplugs is not worth the risk. I called in late August asking if they did diagnostics and they said yes. I was experiencing misfires in cylinder 3 and a coolant leak I couldn't locate. When I took it in they told me it was a bad sparkplug (they were brand new but sometimes they come bad from the box so fine) they also said I had a leak in my coolant jug which would explain the leak problem. I was worried that it was leaking into the engine so this was welcomed news. They couldn't find a jug to replace it and told me they would call back to let me know if they could find one. They never called and I had to reach out to get confirmation that I had to get it from the dealership. The problem persisted.

There was no leak in the coolant jug, Something they would have known of they did a pressure test. Thankfully they couldn't find a jug to charge me extra for. Complete scam or just incompetence. Either way find a different shop. Also the coolant intrusion ruined my engine so I'm out $8297 for that... I think I should get a full refund for the fake work they did.'>
