Comment : Woke up to a low tire with a big nail in it. I was able to get in immediately, and they were done quickly. They found a second nail in another tire, so they patched both up for me. I went to pay and they told me there was no charge, they were happy to help. Fantastic!

Comment : We brought our Tesla in after finding a nail in one of the tires, and he was kind enough to fit us in the same day. He had the tire repaired in about five minutes, and the whole experience was so quick, easy, and stress-free. He was kind, respectful, honest, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It is rare to find someone who provides such great service with that level of care, and we truly appreciated it. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing trustworthy and reliable service.

Comment : Won't take my 65 corvair anywhere else when I need tire maintenance or tires put on rims. These guys are awesome! They are very careful with the rims unlike other tire shops. Manager and staff are very friendly and treat you well! Highly highly recommended!!!!

They show they really care that all the work is completed in a timely manner and took great care of our vehicles . Will definitely be back when my vehicle needs servicing again! UPDATE: I took the car back a 2nd time and they suggested that the entire breaking system needed to be replaced. I asked if it was that bad, why did it pass inspection, and why did another mechanic tell me everything was in good condition with my breaks? They gave me a break flush and bled the ABS lines. I was going to be charged for the flush until a manager came in and said not to charge me for it, so I appreciate that. The problem was not as bad after that, but still very bad.

I took the vehicle to a different auto repair shop and they said the problem was because the 2 new tires that were installed were the wrong size, so the ABS thought I was sliding because the wheels were turning at different rates. Over time this could also damage the transmission. I returned to Family Tire and they swapped the wrong tires for the correct size and it appears that the car is breaking as it should again.

I'm increasing my rating from a 1 star to 2 because they did fix my problem and the people that had to deal with my repeated trips were polite. However, knowing that a wrong tire size can cause that much of a breaking problem, I would expect that to be one of the first things a company called "Family Tire" would think of when trying to fix the issue. Their suggested solution which would be an expensive break system replacement wouldn't have fixed the problem.'>

Comment : Went in for an inspection and oil change. Ended up needing 2 new tires and alignment, no problem. However, I could not break on the way home and took it back. They said there was nothing wrong with the breaks, except the fluid was low, so they topped it off. (Why wasn't that caught during the inspection?) I took the video attached on the way home. When I say "its not breaking", I'm pulling into the steering wheel to put everything I have into the break pedal and it only drops a few mph over several seconds.
