Comment : TRUCKS ONLY! I made an appointment, ordered the tires and paid a deposit to have 4 new tires and an alignment on my car. I called 2 days prior to my appointment to make sure everything was still good to go and I was told what the price would be. I live in Raleigh but knew I would be in town for this so I effectively drove 3 hrs to be turned away by a small man named Andrew because my car “is too low and the alignment machine will tear it up.” My car is a fully STOCK dodge charger widebody. My car was an option on the vehicle selector and THEY told me what tires to put on it. How can a business run this inefficiently? If you only have equipment to service 4x4s I should have never been allowed to schedule my appointment or pay a deposit. To make it worse, when I called 2 days prior they named my car, they knew what the car was but still let me drive 3 hrs to then be turned away because Andrew can’t work on sedans.

Comment : David is a life saver. If I lived locally this would be my tire place for sure. Here working the Seafood Festival and our Hertz rental had two tires end up w holes. Hertz wouldn’t do anything about it and David offered to take care of it for us. He was super friendly and extremely accommodating to fix our issue. Appreciate you David. Not everybody in today’s world handles their customers with as much grace. Family Tire is the place to go!

Comment : After AAA made us wait 4 hours, Family Tire and Auto got us back on the road in 10 minutes. AAA called an hour later to say there are no repair shops in the Morehead City area.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. The process was quick and efficient, and he had me back on the road in less than an hour.
