Comment : 5 stars for honesty. I brought my car in for tire realignment, since the folks who inspected my car said the alignment was bad. Jered at Mavis took my car and said the alignment was actually perfect. Since I was in the waiting room, he could have pretended he realigned my tires and charged me, and I would have been none the wiser. But he told me that nothing needed to be done and that there would be no charge. I appreciate their quick service and their integrity!

Comment : We just had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes! We were in Jacksonville and had a flat tire on hwy 24. We were able to make it to them. As soon as my husband walked in he was greeted with a smile from Hunter who quickly jumped on our issue. He advised us honestly and told us we needed a new tire after explaining why. He was not pushy - but honest! We agreed on the tire he recommended and about 20 minutes later we had a new tire! Thank you to everyone that helped us today! We highly recommend Mavis Tire and Brakes for all your tire needs!
