The geniuses at Family Ford either did not know about Ford's technical service bulletin on 2018-2020 Coyote oil loss, or they knew and didn't tell me. They did want to install a refurbished engine, though. He brought it in they didn t see a problem and let him go with it. This pretty truck has been a living nightmare and I m scared to have our children in it.We had a fantastic experience at family Ford. Our sales person Jorge was phenomenal and friendly, he made us feel like we were family and the sales manager. Billy was willing to work with us on price and there were a few things that the truck needed so those things got fixed before the truck left a lot. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone that needs a vehicle. My husband was driving a 2003 Ford, which was a great vehicle but he definitely needed an upgrade. We just happened to see this on carfax.com and we ran right over. My husband absolutely loves the truck , and so does the remainder of our family . There is five of us and two of our kids play hockey so there s more than enough room in the bed of the truck for the hockey bags and sticks.
