Comment : Family Ford wouldn???t sell Black Widow trucks. Clueless when it comes to warranty issues. The customer has to do all there communicating with Fox (Black Widow)There are alot of other dealers to buy a Black Widow Truck from. I strongly encourage that as I???ll never deal with Family Ford again!

Comment : Family Ford of Enfield are the only mechanics I will trust with my 2016 focus. They fixed my car up this year to run the smoothest it has ever run. The staff are friendly, good listeners, and very knowledgeable.

Comment : My 2020 ST with 46000 miles has a cracked catalytic converter and cracked exhaust pipes. Instead of covering it under the emissions warranty and replacing it, their solution was to weld it and charge me 700 bucks. Last time i checked, if something is cracked, it is broken and should be replaced. Family fords logic is the check engine light is not on, so you're good. So broken enough to charge me 700 bucks to fix it, but not broken enough for them to foot the bill. I see. Filed a complaint with Ford, and let's just say that's a waste of time. BBB and attorney general are my next steps. Lesson learned. Never get a Ford. Nothing but issues and recalls.

Comment : Agnes was such a huge help and on top of everything. The techs resolved my issues quickly and thoroughly. The driver that drove me to pick up my car was also great.
