Comment : I went with my friend to bring her truck to have AC checked an fixed she had a double mastectomy and she needed AC working plus she has only one lung and it is so HOT plus she needed to get home to Mamou!!Justing said several times it would be checked out well yall never touched it!!Im 70 years old and has never ever heard of a place letting a vehicle sit an not touch it for over a week never again an y’all won’t get out business if I could I give u no stars!!Shes my best friend!!Shame on you!!

Comment : Do not go here. My son had an oil change done here because of a cheep coupon. They told him he needed $2,000 of suspension work done. He immediately took his car to his mechanic he's been going to for years. He said your suspension is all good in fact remember you replaced many parts in June and they are all working great. His mechanic found his oil separator was leaking. This company didn't even mention that and his mechanic was shocked.

Comment : It was an expensive job no matter how you looked at it. It was definitely sticker shock. I called the dealership. The dealership was a little less expensive. Or so they said over the phone. Who knows what would happen once I got there and they tore into it And then they would bullshit me and try to upsell me. So when I got the price from family auto service where my truck already was at. They did end up discounting me from the price. They quoted me which was real nice. They have a nice warranty. And are many locations and partner shops all over the country where you can have warranty service done.

Comment : If I could give it a zero I would. Took 1996 f350 in for passenger door windows and cruise control diagnose. 5 weeks later called said they only got the passenger windows fixed. So I go to get my truck. Bill was over $700. Was told they couldn’t figure out cruise control. I thought bill was higher than giraffe pu$$y for just passenger window. I go get in my truck press button to go down on wi die nothing works. I go back in ask thought truck was fixed he gives me Louisana look like it’s not???? Then after walking him outside to show him not working he asks how long I’m gonna be around town. As I travel for work. I politely told him not long enough to bring it back to you guys worthless is an understatement. 4 weeks later I get in truck to head north to home state of Missouri and truck won’t start and I had problems with it the whole way home. I get home removed door cover on passenger door and looks to me like all the did was apply grease on the window arm. Not sure how they removed door motor or tested with evident can reach access it. I’ll fix it myself and I didn’t have time working out of state down there. But please do yourself favor do not take anything here to get worked on. I have a couple of 18 speed bicycles that I doubt I would let these guys change tire on or grease the chain.

Comment : Nice guys running the desk but past that, nope, nuh-uh, run away. Went in to get an oil change and a problem looked at. They told be about a different problem but they had forgotten to look at the problem I was concerned about. So they checked it out. Essentially, the two problems together totaled $3800. I think corporate dictates pricing, encourages upselling and pads things for the 2 year warranty. After a few stressful days of consideration, I took my car to a different mechanic. He's been in business a long time and had delivered solid work in the past. He looked all of it over- figured out what needed to be done and what didn't. $900 with a 1 year warranty. Do your due diligence!! The cherry on top was that one guy at the desk said that he was giving me the coupon price for the oil change since I mentioned I had their flyer from the mail at home. (About $30) My husband had been there for an oil change so I'm guessing that's how we received the coupons. Then the other dude rang me up at full price. Like I said, cool guys but attention to detail and ultimately pricing made it a solid choice to never step foot in there again.

Comment : Wish I could leave a good review but this place is your typical money-seeking auto shop. Gave me a quote and then charged me more than what my quote was and added on a nearly $200 tire alignment. Also came up with repairs my car apparently needed even though I got those parts replaced 2 years ago :((

Comment : Huge shout out to Joe and Daniel for providing me outrageous customer service. I was in a pinch, found them on yelp and decided to go there. I'm so glad I did. They totally made me feel like family while I was there. Glad to know that I found somewhere to go for my automotive needs.
