Comment : It was after the storm that we had recently encountered, and I contacted them on a 3/2 around 9am Monday morning regarding my passenger back tire which looked like it was bent inwards. Marina who answered the phone, asked if it was drive able. I said yes, I believe so but will go extra slow. She was concerned for my safety and recommend I get it towed. I decided I would take the chance and drove it to the shop. I was at the shop for maybe 15 minutes, then was asked to leave the car and they would get an estimate to me within a couple of hours. They had offered me a ride home. I took advantage of that and was driven to my home by a very friendly gentleman. We spoke the whole way home. He was extremely nice. By noontime I received a call from Jaime (who really knows his stuff) he gave me the estimate and explained thoroughly (rear axle) what would be done and I should have it back Wednesday or Thursday. Sure enough Wednesday afternoon at 4pm I was driving out of their parking lot. Felt like a new car. Thank you all

Comment : The crew at Falmouth Motorcar from the front desk to the mechanics are outstanding! Brendan spent time with me explaining the estimate & all costs associated with the repairs. When I brought the car in they were reasonably priced for diagnostic testing & when I returned to have the repairs done, everything was done, including my state sticker. The repairs were completed in a timely & efficient manner. I highly recommend Falmouth Motorcar. As a woman, I appreciate their honesty & time to explain all work to be completed.

Comment : Welcomed upon entering by a mechanic who told me it would be an hour wait for the inspection I was there for. He explained he was finishing an inspection and then he was going to pick a customer up (I very much appreciate that he explained and that they (Falmouth Motorcar) provide help with customers getting to the shop. I waited for what was less time than it took a cup of coffee to Brew when I observed my car being brought into the shop and inspected. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround. I also heard 2 conversations between a customer and the mechanic one of which the mechanic explained what needed to be done in layperson's language (also very cool to see) I have been a loyal customer to a shop on the other side of the Canal for several decades that changed ownership (unfortunately for me). I have become a customer of another shop I am trusting but will bring my car to Falmouth Motorcar if I am not able to get an appointment with them.

Comment : New to town in the last year and spent a bit of time trying out local shops when I got here, these guys quickly became my go to through recommendations and experience. It can be hard to find a solid shop you trust but I will always use these guys for any maintenance on my performance jeeps. They are always quick to answer and happy to work with you to make sure your car is taken care of how you want it to be as well as in the proper way and on your schedule. Pricing is very fair and the people are always pleasant. Highly recommend using Falmouth motorcar.

Comment : They took my Jeep Grand Cherokee right in to adjust my headlights
3 mechanic got to work on it and found the problem.
One of the low beam lights was out of alignment
They adjusted the lights
I paid the $29 plus tip and was on my way!
