Comment : This place is an absolute disaster. I only went here because of an accident and the person that caused the damage referred me to this shop. They do not honor appointments that you make over the phone. The mechanic there, Cesar, treated me horribly. He was incredibly rude and he talked very condescendingly to me and over me and then tried to overcharge me for work that he had already quoted me on. When I told him I was quoted something else he began to get angry and talked to me like I was nothing. He even told me that he would reverse the work that he did if I didn't pay him the new quote. Please avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are a woman. If you are a man, it will probably go better for you, although they will probably still try to overcharge for something.

Comment : Waited 1 hour, no line for inspection finally get in for him to immediately tell me it won't pass. For a reason that the last four years four different inspectors have passed at different establishments. The reason was not valid as my uncle is a long time mechanic and it is known that a chair mechanism has to just be safely locked in to the adequate safe position for operator. It literally just cant recline forward electronically to get into back seat but can manually. Which noone ever goes into the back. No logic on their part. On top of it he was rude. Go elsewhere for good sensical service. Also be careful of this lot it is ridden with nails.

Comment : These pumps are horribly slow to the point of being unusable. I can't spend 30 minutes in the morning filling up my tank. This isn't a one off experience, I've been three times now, but not again.

Comment : Took my 2010 Chevy Tahoe for rear brakes. Was quoted $720 for rear brakes and rotors. Seemed high but I needed it done. When I got the bill, I went through the breakdown. They charged me $396.98 for the NAPA Premium Brake Rotor and Pad Kit. I looked this up, by the part number they provided (AAANBK 8312ADK1). It is only, $273.97. That is a difference of $123.01. Subtracting the actual part cost from the total bill leaves $446.89. According to their invoice they worked on the car for 1.9 Hours. Dividing that out means their labor rate is $235.20 per hour. If I were to have gone to a Chevy dealership, their labor rate is only $190 and hour and that is GM certified work. This place is a total rip off and I will never return. Comment : My regular service station was not doing inspections this month so they referred me here. Was in and out in under 40 minutes today with one car ahead of me. Very polite and professional people as well.

Comment : I went for state inspection and failed because of the small chips on the passenger side window. I went to different place and easy passed. Very rude and not professional.
