The service department told us they were very busy but welcomed us to stop by for a quick safety check.However, when we arrived the next day as advised, we were told they had no time and that there was a huge line of cars waiting. There was no attempt to honor what they had told us on the phone, nor any real effort to help—despite the fact that we were only asking for a quick check to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive.We understand that service departments get busy, but if you're not able to follow through on what you tell customers, it creates confusion and frustration. We expected at least a basic assessment or clearer communication about the actual wait times. They said there was not.Even asked a mechanic they said. I had to check myself and you can. Then upon leaving the dealership it turned out whoever they had evaluate it had not closed the hood properly, an alarm started going off as I was about to leave their lot. I had been assured the part about not being told about the accident was a simple mistake, but it seems incompetent mistakes is just their brand.
