Comment : I recently visited Kia of Keene and had a mixed experience. Brandon, my sales representative, was absolutely great. He was very accommodating, pleasant to work with, and made the entire sales process feel easy and comfortable. He listened to what I needed and was genuinely helpful throughout the visit. Unfortunately, my experience with Randy, the finance manager, was the complete opposite. He was rude, repeatedly talked over me, and seemed more interested in arguing about my current car than helping me finalize the deal. It made the finance portion of the process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. This made the overall, the sales department was excellent thanks to Brandon, but the experience with the finance manager brings my rating down. If you go, I highly recommend working with Brandon — but be prepared for a less pleasant time in finance with Randy.

Comment : Mikie G at Fairfield Kia of Keene was an outstanding salesman! He was compassionate, kind, and patient. I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions on my own and took many opportunities to call my husband since I went in alone. He not only made sure I was sure about the deal but has checked in multiple times since my purchase to make sure I was loving my new Sorento! Kevin in finance was also kind, transparent, and made my experience very positive! I can’t thank you all enough!
