Comment : I've worked with Fairfield a couple times, the sales, management and financing team did a fantastic job both times, a mistake was made (can't hold that against them, EVERYONE makes mistakes) but then they worked miracles to fix it and I could not be happier with the work they have done.

Comment : They sold me a car that had been in an accident, which I did not find out until I went to try to trade it in. Then upon leaving the dealership it turned out whoever they had evaluate it had not closed the hood properly, an alarm started going off as I was about to leave their lot. I had been assured the part about not being told about the accident was a simple mistake, but it seems incompetent mistakes is just their brand. I have no plans to ever go back again.

Comment : I recently purchased a Kia Forte from Kia Of Keene. Nate was my Salesman and he was GREAT! Professional, attentive with an awesome personality. I also had interactions with Sonny who was very good to work with aswell.I came out of a vehicle that wasn't so great for MANY different reasons. The guys worked extremely hard to get me out of it and into a different One.The Service Department at Kia could definitely use some much needed changes.The Sales Department... 5 stars all the way around. Comment : WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. I had to assist an elderly woman who had been coerced into signing a long-term lease by a salesman at this dealership. When the brand new car stopped running after 18 months, it was TORTURE to have the car fixed. It qualified as a lemon under NH's lemon laws. Brand new car! Calls to the corporate office, lemon law attorneys and we were finally able to get it fixed and trade it in for a car that really works. NOT A KIA. RUN DON'T WALK away from this dealership and its pranks. They DO NOT care a whit about you after you've signed and driven off their lot. They could care less.
