Comment : We recently noticed a concerning noise coming from our Kia while driving and called the dealership to ask if it was safe to continue using the car. The service department told us they were very busy but welcomed us to stop by for a quick safety check.

However, when we arrived the next day as advised, we were told they had no time and that there was a huge line of cars waiting. There was no attempt to honor what they had told us on the phone, nor any real effort to help—despite the fact that we were only asking for a quick check to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive.

We understand that service departments get busy, but if you're not able to follow through on what you tell customers, it creates confusion and frustration. We expected at least a basic assessment or clearer communication about the actual wait times. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed and concerned about the dealership’s reliability when it comes to urgent service issues.

Comment : I have a 2022 Telluride SX. for some recalls .While I Was there I asked if the alarm could be shut off because my little dog sets off the alarm seating in the front seat.I asked on two visits.The service dept. They said there was not.Even asked a mechanic they said. I had to check myself and you can. You would think they would of known being a Kia dealer.

Comment : I've worked with Fairfield a couple times, the sales, management and financing team did a fantastic job both times, a mistake was made (can't hold that against them, EVERYONE makes mistakes) but then they worked miracles to fix it and I could not be happier with the work they have done.

Comment : They sold me a car that had been in an accident, which I did not find out until I went to try to trade it in. Then upon leaving the dealership it turned out whoever they had evaluate it had not closed the hood properly, an alarm started going off as I was about to leave their lot. I had been assured the part about not being told about the accident was a simple mistake, but it seems incompetent mistakes is just their brand. I have no plans to ever go back again.
