Comment : I recently purchased a Kia Forte from Kia Of Keene. Nate was my Salesman and he was GREAT! Professional, attentive with an awesome personality. I also had interactions with Sonny who was very good to work with aswell.I came out of a vehicle that wasn't so great for MANY different reasons. The guys worked extremely hard to get me out of it and into a different One.The Service Department at Kia could definitely use some much needed changes.The Sales Department... 5 stars all the way around. Comment : WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. I had to assist an elderly woman who had been coerced into signing a long-term lease by a salesman at this dealership. When the brand new car stopped running after 18 months, it was TORTURE to have the car fixed. It qualified as a lemon under NH's lemon laws. Brand new car! Calls to the corporate office, lemon law attorneys and we were finally able to get it fixed and trade it in for a car that really works. NOT A KIA. RUN DON'T WALK away from this dealership and its pranks. They DO NOT care a whit about you after you've signed and driven off their lot. They could care less. Comment : DON'T EVER GO HERE TO BUY A VEHICLE!3 years ago I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from them and have nothing but MAJOR issues with it since. Car TOTALLY disables itself while driving down a major highway. Sensors go off CONSTANTLY. More times than not the vehicle won't start and has left me stranded multiple timesEVERY TIME I've gone into Kia they tell me they "have no loaners"I was back there today (because it wouldn't start) waited for over an hour for them to "pull the codes) ended up puting in a new battery but said MULTIPLE Weird codes pulledWhen they pulled my car out of garage it, now, has a large DENT in the Right passenger side door!!!!! I left in tears beyond INFURIATED.This has been a nightmare. Comment : Fairfield Kia service center has friendly, happy, non-pushy staff and mechanics. They are competent and on time. Their shuttle will take you anywhere in town but if you need to stay for a short time they've got good Wi-Fi.

Comment : Got my Kia Niro here the saleswoman told us it was a all wheel drive so it's not very good in the snow also the tires aren't all season Radials overall I like the car and gas mileage.
