Comment : Today I bought a used Mitsubishi Outlander here, my first experience with this dealership, and it was a fantastic experience. They let me test drive the car, and let me drive the car to a local mechanic to look it over, without insisting on putting a 23 year old salesman in the car with me. "Mikey G." (Michael Gertsulin), my sales rep, placed absolutely no pressure on me at any time and was a delight to work with. Kevin the finance guy placed zero pressure on me when I decided not to buy an extended warranty, which is the opposite of my last car-buying experience at a Manchester NH dealership. The price of the car was better than any quote I got re about 8 similar cars in other NH and MA dealerships, which made me really appreciate their no-haggling policy. Highly recommended.

Comment : Let's start by saying our sales rep Courtney was an absolute rock star taking time to answer any and every question we had even before we drove up to physically see the vehicle. Once we went and looked at the vehicle she continued to show what separates her from most cars sakes people. Then it came time to sign and purchase. We paid cash so no loan l. We still had to finalize the purchase through their finance department... this is the reason for the three star review. Trying to push us to purchase extended warranty that er had zero interest in due to us modifying the jeep almost instantly and being more than comfortable working on vehicles. The word no was not what he wanted to hear m. To the point that after the 8th time saying no, we contemplated walking away. His mannerisms also had my wife feeling rather uncomfortable (if you know her you'd understand how rare that is) The only reason we continued with the sale was the work that Courtney put in. When we need a vehicle again we will reach out to her but certainly would not sit with the same person to finalize it and would certainly have a lot shorter leash when it comes to walking away. Had potential to be a 5 star review....

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I was completely satisfied with my recent visit to Fairfield's Cadillac, Buick, GMC. Emanuil Rahubenco and the entire team were exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient. Comment : I was told I was buying a v6 truck and Wanted a v6. After all the paperwork was filled I was told it was 4 cylinder turbo.

Comment : Worked with Ayden Jacobs and he did an absolutely amazing job finding the exact car u wanted. He found the color and all the packages I wanted. Would definitely go back to him again!
