I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. Want me to drop it off with just 1 other person behind me in line, after driving 30 minutes over here. A car I just bought used with a 10 day warranty to return and they WONT help me out. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TRASH!! DO NOT COME HERE!! Having vehicles most of my life, I’ve had to take them to several different service centers over time, and I tell you hands-down, this is one of the best! Not only are they super professional and polite, but the shop is so clean, and comfortable. It’s no wonder they’ve been around for so long. But regardless of how long they’ve been around or how many great reviews others have given them that I read, I wanted to give my own experience to y'all, too. From the service advisors and managers at the front desk that actually listen and CARE, to the work the mechanics and technicians did to my car, and the very reasonable rates… I couldn’t be more satisfied. So being from the Universal city area, I will definitely keep going a little bit out of my way and choose to drive a few extra miles to get to “this” service location in Fair Oaks Ranch for all of my vehicle servicing. Brought two vehicles to them and was told that they couldn't fix a misfire on a BMW that had an ocular shaped fuel injector port. Was told they bought from BMW a new injector and had it installed but yet found on return the fuel injector had not been replaced. The second vehicle had transmission issue that need to be replaced. They guaranteed it was a simple job and would be done within a couple days or receiving the part. First transmission came in and they couldn't get it to read. Second one they go it but couldn't figure out alarm to get the truck to start. - kind of lame being they should know how to work on all types of vehicles.
