Comment : Took my truck (2016 GMC 168,000 miles) in for an alignment and to have my transmission flushed and filter changed. I liked the staff that served me. The shop was clean and organized.I shopped around a bit. Their prices were on par with a dealer. I found places that were less expensive but I didn t feel comfortable with those place in general. This place obviously serves a high end clientele from the looks of the cars I saw in for service. And that was part of the deciding factor.I am pleased with the work and feel like I received the service I was paying for. Comment : In for just an oil change today but loved these guys and will be returning for all my future service needs! They're the real deal - it's hard to find actual "mechanics," these days - so many now are just techs that work off diagnostic codes ......I overheard them assisting multiple customers with great knowledge and old school courtesy!

Comment : I have a 2007 range Rover that needed to have the brakes bled to make them effective. I called Fairoaks. They were very obliging. Got my car in very quickly and called me the next morning with a very fair price for doing the job. They also mentioned I needed an alignment which I told them to proceed with and again our total bill was very fair pricing was very good however where they fall very short is Our vehicle has ivory leather and was absolutely spotless as I???d recently had all of the seats and door panels professionally done so it was totally unmarked. My wife picked the car up only to find the seat is black. The door panel is black. There was grease all over that side and no attempt to use seat covers in that car whatsoever which really upsets me. Also they sent my wife out with the alignment report for a Toyota Tacoma that wasn???t even done that day it was done the day before. I have reached out with photos to them to show them how dirty the vehicle was and requested our alignment report once again mechanically they did a great job at a fair price. It???s just the finish was awful sending the car out filthy And with the wrong report. as a follow-up to this, I was reached out to this afternoon by Fairoaks who offered me the opportunity to bring my car back so they could clean it. I appreciate them following up with me. I don???t need them to clean it. Comment : Office smells of air freshener and chemicals so bad that it will give you a headache . Car inspection and a headlight light bulb replacement that took less than 30 sec to replace cost me $45 . If you like your endocrine system disturbed and don???t mind over paying then this is a place to go .

Comment : Fair Oaks has taken such good care of my family and me over the years. They are always very straightforward and honest about the work they need to do once they diagnose the problem. I have gone in a handful of times convinced that I was going to need to spend a good deal of money on new parts and repairs, only to find out that all I needed was some other simple component or no parts at all, just a little TLC to tighten things up! I seriously doubt it s possible to find a more honest group of people in this business. Being treated like this makes it so much easier and less stressful when the occasional major repair is necessary. I cannot speak highly enough of these folks and would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone I know.

Comment : FOA always takes care of my vehicles. They do professional work, communicate quickly, and get you on your way. PLUS they work with you and the prices are great. Taking my vehicles there for 18 years. Roger and the front desk do a great job every time.
