Comment : Even though, I didn't receive the greatest news regarding my vehicle. The team at Fadley's kept me posted with full transparency with videos and images to back up their report. I appreciate their quick work and the solutions they had presented me. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Comment : Our previous garage was closing and we needed a new shop. Bc of reviews we called Fadely s and were able to get an appointment within the week. Communication was very thorough as they send the estimate and pictures for approval before the work is done. Very satisfied with the communication and service provided.

Quality work and pricing.I have social anxiety and can't tell you how much I appreciate being able to communicate via text, online, etc.The technician even left a complimentary snack, which made me smile!It was my first time bringing my car to Fadely's, but it certainly won't be the last!UPDATE: After a very positive first impression, things quickly went downhill with future repairs. A repair was done incorrectly, which led to a massive oil leak. I took my car back and they did a repair for free, but within a week the issue was back. Comment : It only took 1 phone call and right from the start I was told what my initial problem was. I had done the research and I was looking for that indication. CIOCCA Nissan mechanic was deliberately hiding this info making everything mysterious treating me as a naieve person. Fadely's was informative and did the work immediately. Comment : Very happy with my first experience at Fadely???s. They gained a customer through their Veterans Day promotion (free oil change) but earned one through open & honest communication and a really solid interaction throughout. I added an annual inspection to the work request for my vehicle and I was able to decide what I wanted the Fadely team to do themselves and what I would do (simple filters/bulbs).
