Comment : Wonderful people! We had a car issue driving across country with pets and needed to get it looked at quickly. Everyone was understanding and extremely nice. We ended up needing to stay an extra day, but it was worth it. We are so grateful!

Comment : the guy working overnight the unfortunate night we limped in on a flat tire destroying our rim just trying to find the closet place we might buy a tire. he freaked out about us sitting in our car and made us move even though it was obvious we were in a bind. he was very parinoid acting

Comment : Mr john was very polite and kept there word on the pricing quoted The service was very affordable and tremendously helpful with everything they did to help me. I highly recommended to others. he kept doing very transparent and kept it hundred with me all the way through.

Comment : Dont ever use these people..This place is a whole scam... Management is very unprofessional and rude. they took two weeks to give me a physical quote at which point after i chose not to use their services cus their quote was unreal they decided to charge me storage fees that they never mentioned would pile up.. then manager said he would only take my payment in cash.. basically kidnapping my vehicle.. worse please ive ever had give me service.. i will be contacting the better business bureau on them.. need them to realize doing bad business comes with consequences..Dont ever use these people..This place is a whole scam... Comment : I was driving from Louisiana to Kansas I broke down in a very small town on a Sunday I called around to mechanic shops that possibly could answer EZ automotive answered right on the spot. Super sweet people made me feel very welcome. They Waited for my vehicle to arrive. They were so very friendly under the circumstances they came in on a Sunday. I am so pleased to know we have small business owners as wonderful as this company is. My situation could???ve been a nightmare and the way they handled it and took care of me I was so pleased and blessed Thank you for being wonderful . You were a blessing to me. Comment : After being to 3 different shops and having my vehicle misdiagnosed I finally found E-Z! Not only was it a simple fix but the price was right! Everyone was so nice and understanding, no miss communication and straight to the point! They made me feel like family and got me on the road in 45 minutes :)! Highly recommend!!
