Comment : Wow! Excellent experience, exceptional service, & nice folks.

My Civic starter went out. I called them early in the morning & got it towed from in town ($50, but $100 if not using them for repair). I met them at the car to sign some paperwork, it got towed. I called to check up on the starter replacement, and it was done within 2hrs of it being picked up.

I ran by to pay before they closed, and they allowed me to leave my car outside in their parking lot so I could pick it up at a later time.

They gave me the quote/estimate before the tow and it ended up being exactly that price. It was actually cheaper if paying in cash.

Highly recommend! 💯

Comment : Wonderful towing service. Collaborates with State Farm. They were there for me during an unexpected breakdown going through Vicksburg. I was at a closed truck station. And they got to me in 10 minutes. And helped navigate a sticky situation since my dad was three hours from them one way and I was 3 hours in the opposite direction. Good local people that didn’t take advantage. Very busy place. It was about 6:00 in the evening as well.

Comment : Call them up and around 12:30 they fit me in I have the car in there at 1:00 and was out of there at 2:00 they drained the A/C system pressure tested it for leaks, recharged it and I was on the road again with ice cold air. Thanks to you and your team! Amazing work!!

Comment : Very thankful to the whole team here, from rescuing me off the interstate with a tow, to getting a new fuel pump on my truck and getting me back on the road to finish out 9 more hours of driving. Very straightforward team and honest assessments from the get go.

Comment : I had travelled for 2 weeks with my dog when I broke down unexpectedly at a gas station. Called them up and they helped me out while we figured out what the issue was. (The van is super heavy, Nathan did a great job keeping it on the truck lol). Absolutely wonderful people, the kind of old school service you dont get at many places anymore. Pricing was great, communication even better, and Tracy made sure my pup and I had everything we needed while stranded in Mississippi. By the time I left, felt like family:) Highly recommend for anyone needing a tow and/or work done on their vehicle! Thank y'all again for getting us back on the road and home safely!!!

Comment : I was on vacation when my car's alternator and battery failed. Their tow service came to my rescue on a Sunday evening and got my car to the shop where every effort was made to get the van repaired and me on my way for the rest of my trip. Many, many thanks, so glad you were there.
