Comment : Excellent. Mr. Tracy took great care in diagnosing my problem so I was not overcharged, and got it handled as quickly as possible for a very fair price. I plan to always use E-Z for my automotive needs moving forward.

Comment : Wonderful people! We had a car issue driving across country with pets and needed to get it looked at quickly. Everyone was understanding and extremely nice. We ended up needing to stay an extra day, but it was worth it. We are so grateful!

Comment : the guy working overnight the unfortunate night we limped in on a flat tire destroying our rim just trying to find the closet place we might buy a tire. he freaked out about us sitting in our car and made us move even though it was obvious we were in a bind. he was very parinoid acting

Comment : Dont ever use these people..This place is a whole scam... Management is very unprofessional and rude. they took two weeks to give me a physical quote at which point after i chose not to use their services cus their quote was unreal they decided to charge me storage fees that they never mentioned would pile up.. then manager said he would only take my payment in cash.. basically kidnapping my vehicle.. worse please ive ever had give me service.. i will be contacting the better business bureau on them.. need them to realize doing bad business comes with consequences..Dont ever use these people..This place is a whole scam...
