Comment : I came here for a routine oil change a few days ago and they forgot to put the drain plug washer back on after they drained my old oil. This caused my car to slowly leak oil over the last few days and left the entire undercarriage greasy and a mess where my car was parked in my garage. When I returned, the staff didn’t seem very concerned about the mistake. I had to request a refund, and while they said they fixed it, the whole situation was inconvenient and frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but with something as important as a car’s oil system, attention to detail and accountability matter. Coming to this location to have your oil changed is not worth sacrificing quality over convenience.
