Comment : This place doesn't deserve a rating. I've had my BMW there 4 times and they can't find out where a simple leak is. They charged me $1000.00 to fix a screw and put a radiater in it and it didnt need a radiater. I asked for the old radiater an he told me he no longer had it. The manager is very rude and admitted he did not know how to find the leak. I asked for my money back since I had to take it to another shop where someone would be smart enought to fix it and the MGR told me no bc they had worked on it. I talked to Doug on Friday and he said to bring it back on Monday and he would check it again. The guy today said they were not going to look at it again. I was told if I left it he would have it towed. He said he talked to Doug and I was not told to bring it back on Monday. I went to go get the 3 people that were witnesses to that conversation and he blocked me from going in the shop. I have been in that shop everytime I am there. If you are not equipped to fix a problem on a car it's not right to put parts on it that is not needed to just make money. Never go to a place that changes oil to fix a problem. They are not equipped to fix deeper problems. Went over to Midas. They put it on the rack and showed me the problem immediatly.

Comment : came in for a simple repair on a time crunch. Come back to all my tires being removed and a frickin intimidating sales pitch from four men. Absolutely would not recommend. avoid this place.

Comment : I waited 25 minutes without so much as a glance from one of the mechanics.
I watched them help 4 other cars (who all came in after I did) and even got out of my car twice to try and get their attention. All I needed was a patch on my tire and not a single person even approached my car. Would've left 0 stars, but Brandon helped me out and was very patient and apologetic.
