Comment : I waited 25 minutes without so much as a glance from one of the mechanics.
I watched them help 4 other cars (who all came in after I did) and even got out of my car twice to try and get their attention. All I needed was a patch on my tire and not a single person even approached my car. Would've left 0 stars, but Brandon helped me out and was very patient and apologetic.

Comment : Tale of two experiences with this business. Stopped by the store on South College in Auburn for an oil change and to have a blown out tire replaced before my road trip in the morning after work.  The guys at the Auburn store were awesome, helpful, courteous, efficient and to was busy.  I waited a bit but they changed my oil and gave me a $10.00 discount because of the wait but they didn't have the tire size for my vehicle. They took the time to see whether the other local store had the tire and looked up the inventory.  It was about 40 minutes until closing time by the time they were done but they told me to head over to the Tiger town store and they'll take care of me.  So I hightailed it over to this store.  When I pulled up the store it wasn't busy and workers were standing around in the back of the store.  How do I know?  I had to drive around the store for them to even acknowledge I was there.  I finally rolled down my window and asked where to go for tire service.  They started to argue among each other whether they were going to accept my business.  One of the guys comes up and says they're about to close, another came to my window and says we'll take care of you and asks for my tire size so I give him the work order from the other store.  The other 6 workers then tell him no we can't do it and sent another guy to tell me.  I got pissed and told them the only reason I came at the time I came is because the other store sent me.  They then started arguing amount each other then with me.  Finally said you all need to learn to do you job.  Net effect, 5 lazy people insured that this place will never see me again and destroyed a great experience at one of their other stores.  Nice job Express Oil Change at Tiger Town. You suck!
