Comment : DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! My truck was making weird noises coming from the belt so I took them my truck and they called me back said I needed a new alternator and that would just be the start. they were asking for 1,100 dollars so I picked my truck up and took it to a real mechanic and all I actually needed was a new belt and battery. The alternator is fine these people are crooks.

Comment : We pulled off the interstate due to our undercarriage coming loose. After some moments of panic on our end, Mickey and the team fixed us up and put us safely on our way. They were helpful and kind during stressful car issues. Very grateful to this car center for their help.

Comment : Needed new wheel bearings and tires on my Subaru. They did a great job and gave me a decent price on my tires. The car is so much quieter now and drives beautifully. The price seemed a bit high, but they warranty their work so it was worth the extra cash.

Comment : My BMW rental car was getting a "coolant level low" message, so I pulled into Express Oil at 7:30am. The tech was great. He checked the level (it was slightly below the "Min" level), topped off the coolant, and didn't charge me anything. All done within a few minutes of pulling in.

Comment : My car is an older model and was in need of an upgrade.  Kudos to Tech Joe Embry!!! Joe took extra good care of my vehicle and me--when repairs were done Joe returned the vehicle home and parked it in the driveway!! How many repair shops do this??  THANK YOU, JOE EMBRY

Comment : I called about getting my ac fixed and a check up (idk anything about cars so that's what I was told to say) and they couldn't even give me an estimate for it. So when I came into the shop I tell them "hi I'm here for a check up" and tell me why these men laugh in my face and some customer says "it's ok some of us say stupid things" and one of the guys behind the counter agreed with her while laughing. The man I was talking to then said "what kind of checkup" talking to me like I was a dumb kid and I told him the issues with my car, he took my keys, and I had to stay in the waiting room for 4 hours. A few employees then came into the waiting room and started being really loud then started pushing around the snack machine trying to get a snack out cause his money was stuck. Now I was in there the entire time without hearing from any employee about my car or how long the wait would be. When they finally came back to me I had to pay over $300 just for my ac to be fixed and a checkup. Honestly terrible customer service and even though they told me to come back to "check on the ac" I'll never be back. Them laughing in my face was incredibly disrespectful and I'd be very recommend this to anyone
