Comment : Sitting here on a Saturday morning. Website shows open at 7:30 am. Been here 13 minutes at the writing of this review. Can see employees moving around but no one has come to service my car yet. No one else here for service except me. I guess open at 7:30 doesn't mean open for business. I came early because of a tight schedule today. Now at 16 minutes and still no one has stepped out to service my car.

Comment : i took a tire of my car it had a flat the tire where installed by express oil tires i had my self they installed them did a good job i check in at Gardendale express first when they said they would take fixing tier then after 30 minutes the person said the charge would be 36 dollars i said there was to be no charge as they installed the tires i said i could not pay that he i will place back in you truck i said i want to talk to the manger he said he was the asst celled manger he said the tire was 4 years old and the y are not allowed to fix it but 36 dollars they could i could believe it as i done a lot of business. Also i had an other car they installed the tires with them and fixed a flat free but they could this tire was old also i am also old and could not believe what the where saying trying to get flat for the tire i bought in again i always receive great fast service for 30.00 dollars they could fix they but they are not alwig to fix 4 year-old tire . thanks for you help on this matter

Comment : DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! My truck was making weird noises coming from the belt so I took them my truck and they called me back said I needed a new alternator and that would just be the start. they were asking for 1,100 dollars so I picked my truck up and took it to a real mechanic and all I actually needed was a new belt and battery. The alternator is fine these people are crooks.

Comment : We pulled off the interstate due to our undercarriage coming loose. After some moments of panic on our end, Mickey and the team fixed us up and put us safely on our way. They were helpful and kind during stressful car issues. Very grateful to this car center for their help.

Comment : Needed new wheel bearings and tires on my Subaru. They did a great job and gave me a decent price on my tires. The car is so much quieter now and drives beautifully. The price seemed a bit high, but they warranty their work so it was worth the extra cash.

Comment : My BMW rental car was getting a "coolant level low" message, so I pulled into Express Oil at 7:30am.    The tech was great.   He checked the level (it was slightly below the "Min" level), topped off the coolant, and didn't charge me anything.   All done within a few minutes of pulling in.

Comment : My car is an older model and was in need of an upgrade.  Kudos to Tech Joe Embry!!! Joe took extra good care of my vehicle and me--when repairs were done Joe returned the vehicle home and parked it in the driveway!! How many repair shops do this??  THANK YOU, JOE EMBRY
