Comment : The wait time I was a little longer, but the work staff was super helpful, didn't try selling me on anything crazy or unnecessary, and did all the safety checks calling out what they were doing at all times. For being an express oil change, I'd say this place is a good quick stop!

Comment : Dylan and the crew were very polite, they changed my oil in a timely manner :) Btw the Angela lady below with one star was a KAREN. I was there the day that happened and she was slamming stuff in the bathroom and acting crazy. The guys up there handled it so well and got the problem fixed immediately. The guys did a whole inspection of my van and I had a great experience. They told me in depth what both positives and negatives. Highly recommend!

Comment : I went to get my oil changed.. THAT WAS IT! THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR WHEN I GOT THERE! The technician said that I needed a new air filter. He showed me the old filter and I said ok .. change it! I paid him for the oil change and filter and left. As I was driving the check engine light and the Hazzard light came on. I IMMEDIATELY went back and told them about the lights coming on! I was not happy and They were rude .. but they said let them check and see what the problem was! The manager was looking at it and told me a hose was not put back on.. when the filter was changed. THIS A OIL CHANGING PLACE .. THEY DO THIS ALL DAY! I left and both lights went off! I was driving down the road and the HAZZARD light came back on! I immediately called the manger and told him .. the HAZZARD light was back on! He told me I hit some button and that is why it was on! I DID NOT HIT ANY BUTTON AND THAT LIGHT HAD NEVER CAME ON BEFORE! I get back there and the manager hooked his little computer up to my car and then tried to tell me .. Something was wrong with my steering wheel column! He did not say that the first time he had his little computer hooked up to my car! THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR WHEN I GOT THERE .. BUT THERE SURE WAS WHEN I LEFT!! HE GOT THE LIGHT TO GO OFF FINALLY! I literally spent 118.00 for these idiots to mess up my car!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO EXPRESS OIL CHANGE IN FOLEY ALABAMA! A. Alexander
