Comment : Award-winning paint and body work! Recently, my 1954 Chevy Pickup won "Best of Show (Modified Truck)" in the professionally judged Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) competition. There were over 500 cars and trucks in the competition, so this is quite an honor. The judges were impressed by the paint and flawless body work -- all done by Chris and his team at Quality Auto Body. This is my #1 go-to automotive paint and body shop!

Comment : 28 years of car ownership and this was by far the worst experience getting an oil change...Upon arrival, I opened my door to get out and told the young man that I would wait inside with AC. He told me that I could stay in my car...and I felt like he blocked my exiting the vehicle and that I was expected to sit tight......It's very hot out and the windows were open...my hair smells like gasoline....four guys circling my car asking questions...checked turn signals, lights and everything...They definitely need girlfriends....I finally was begging(5 times) to pay and leave...and then finally they offered that I could wait in the air conditioning but I was DONE...I yelled to please just let me pay and LEAVE....so stressful...I couldn't drive away fast enough.....it felt surreal

Comment : We've had a very positive experience with QAB. We first came to QAB about 18 years ago. Chris Spencer was very thorough and professional in the way he engaged with us. We were delighted with their service. Since then, we've come to QAB a few times including for some major auto body work. Every time Chris Spencer and the QAB staff have provided stellar service. Chris is very detailed with his estimate, prompt in e-mail communications keeping us updated on work progress, and very courteous in his interactions with his customers. We'd highly recommend QAB.

Comment : Research your vehicle warranty before going here; it might save you time and money. They will not do it for you - instead they will charge you too much $$$ to diagnose the issue with your vehicle when it would have been covered under the manufacturer warranty at no charge the whole time. Save your money and go somewhere else. At least the courtesy driver was nice.

Comment : 10 Months ago I paid Christian Brothers $1,300 to replace the oxygen sensors in my 2016 F150 150K miles. The check engine light cam back on intermittantly about a month later. Today I paid a different auto service place $465 to replace the oxygen sensors again.

Comment : I had my two front fenders repaired here recently and was highly impressed with their efficient service and excellent communication throughout the few days the repair took. I got the car back a day earlier than predicted! The repairs also met my expectations and they even cleaned my car inside and out so it almost looked like new. They were great at coordinating with my insurance company and the rental car company as well.
