Comment : I came in with a flat tire in my trunk and was helped by Zach and Chuck at the tire and brakes desk out back. Zach is a kind young man who got me checked in quickly and made the process easy from the start.

Chuck stepped in to assist when there was a question about whether the tire could be repaired. He took the time to clearly explain why it wasn?t safe to repair it again. I had only purchased the car about a month ago and had no idea there had been a previous patch. I really appreciated how thorough he was, and his patience when I asked for a few minutes to check with my son about what to do next.

They didn?t have a matching tire in stock, so it had to be ordered. Chuck let me know it could arrive between 1 and 5 and promised to call. I wasn?t expecting to spend $267 that day, but I truly appreciate their focus on safety over shortcuts.

Once the tire came in, I got the call and returned. Zach handled the installation and had me back on the road in no time.

I will say, when I first arrived, Chuck came across a bit strong. But that?s just his personality. He?s direct and a little loud, not rude. The more I talked with him, the more I appreciated his knowledge and experience and even warmed up to him a bit. ?? After 10 years in the field, he clearly knows what he?s doing.

I?ll definitely be returning to this location.
