Comment : I drove 4 hours for a business meeting, & as soon as I pulled up, my car started making the craziest noises. My check engine light lit up like a neon sign, & just like that—my car broke down… & so did my pride. My first thought? “Great, my bank account’s next.”

I took it to the closest place, Pep Boys, but they weren’t exactly friendly—& their prices definitely weren’t either. I called Express Oil next, & the gentleman I spoke w/didn’t make big promises, but he did make me feel better. He encouraged me to bring my car in & said we’d figure something out.

From the moment I arrived, everyone there was friendly & quick to update me on my car. Even though the issue ended up being something out of their hands, I got honest answers & genuine care. Chuck (I believe that was his name) was incredibly understanding & explained everything in a way I could actually follow—because, let’s be honest, I have no clue what I’m talking about when it comes to cars.

I felt seen, heard, and—most importantly—not taken to the cleaners for my lack of knowledge. What could’ve been a very expensive & stressful situation turned into a moment of relief, simply because I was dealing w/honest, caring people.

HIGHLY recommend this location.
