Comment : Being legally blind my main mode of transportation is with a mobility scooter as I can no longer drive. Yesterday on my way to work I ran over some glass on the sidewalk where someone decided to toss an empty 6pack of beer bottles which resulted in a punctured tire. I brought my tire into Express Oil on Oakwood drive hopeing they could plug it for me. Unfortunately they no longer use plugs as they sometimes come out so for liability issues they now use patch plugs. Due to the size of the patch and the size of my tire, they were unsure if they would be able to fix my tire but that they would try. Fortunately for me they were able to fix my tire. When I attempted to pay for the repair they told me that there was no charge. Thank you Doug and John, for your excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

Comment : I have been using express oil for many years now and I?ve always found them friendly and very professional. I just had an oil change and the technician was Ethan. he did just a very professional job and was very polite. It was just a good experience.

Comment : Came in to get a basic oil change I was over charged nun of my fluids was topped off my air filter or cabin filter was not check I had to ask for air and to have my oil light reset the tech didn?t know how to reset my oil light so he had to go get someone else to do it don?t recommend this location

Comment : Express is a scam they want you to pay 100+ for a oil change just for it to last 3000 miles the Manger Sam is a real smart ass and very unprofessional I don?t recommend anyone use express oil change they charge you 98.50 for a diagnostic just to tell you what your check engine light mean but it?s free at auto zone and O?Reillys if you don?t have to use express please don?t use them go to Walmart or take 5 express is a scam
