Comment : Best experience! My wife and I were an hour and a half from home with our 8 year old and 1 year old visiting the zoo when we discovered a flat tire. I aired it up and went to the nearest shop, thankfully we ended up here!

They were busy but still took time to greet us in the parking lot and quickly start taking care of us. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get us patched up and back on the road quickly.

Anywhere else, this could have easily been a bad experience since we were far from home and desperate to get our car fixed and kids settled. These folks have integrity though- they did not try to gouge us or up-charge. Roy and Jean were extremely generous and professional and we were treated more than fairly. There was another gentleman we met (I forgot to get his name unfortunately) who first greeted us and was friendly to my kids when we talked in the lobby. He made a great impression as well. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the entire team and how they do business. I will gladly go out of my way to be a return customer in the future.

Comment : Isiah and Mike take amazing care of all my vehicles. They keep me posted on updates and make sure the family is safe on the road. I have used Express for over two decades now and many cars and trucks ? would never change! Very trustworthy!
