Comment : I've been using Tire Engineers for routine maintenance for about 15 years and this location for 3. It's the first place I think of when I need car maintenance. At a recent trip for an oil change, the staff changed the oil but did not do their routine 20 point inspection. The oil pan cover on my car was left hanging. Fluid levels were not checked, and my car had overheated and now run into more problems. Please make sure the staff does their complete job if you go to this location. I will not be back.

Comment : Had my oil changed a few weeks ago. They are fast, professional, and also friendly. A couple of weeks later I got caught in a thunderstorm and realized that my wipers had rubber flapping and were not working well at all. I went straight to Oil Express at the Grove. Maleke replaced them for me and in no time I was on my way to pick up the grandkids! He even gave me a "Ladies Day" discount.

Comment : the shop on Lorna road in hoover alabama is horrible! they take advantage of women they are crooks! their prices are ridiculous! if they estimate labor then do not take that long they charge you that amount anyway which is illegal charging for a service you did not get!! Then don't do the job correctly! causing more damage to your car and wanting you to pay for that!!! I will be notifying BBB. DO NOT LOSE your money to this establishment!!

Comment : These guys saved me! On my way from Florida to Bama to pick son up for Spring, Break, my Enterprise rental minivan had zero oil and lost pressure/wouldn???t run. Luckily got off at their exit and Barry, Gary, Rod and Ken had me back on the road in 10 minutes!

Comment : Always quick and courteous. Great experience. This morning I had shopping to do. Thought I???d just get my oil changed at the ???big box store??? even though I knew better. They had a 2 1/2 hr wait because there???s only one poor guy there. 2 cars ahead of me at EOC, still out in 27 min.

Comment : I've been coming to the Express Oil Change location since they opened. My experience with oil changes has always been very positive. The staff is kind, friendly, and efficient. At a recent oil change, I inquired about a small issue I was having. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and offered to order the part needed. He also informed me the part would cost less than $20. I returned to have the part installed. It was indeed a quick and easy fix--only took about 10 minutes, but the cost for that 10 minutes of labor was just under $70. I stated that seemed like quite a lot for only 10 minutes of work and was told they were trying to get me in and out quickly---not exactly a fitting response or explanation. I won't make this mistake again.
