Comment : I’ve serviced several vehicles here over the years. Every time I go, I always think what a great job they do, how polite everyone is and that it’s a positive experience; literally every time (which is not typical of auto shops in general).
My measurement for this praise is knowing if I had to send my wife here solo, they would assist her with service and treat her with respect and I know she’d come home bragging that this group made it easy! I especially appreciate Andrew as I’ve gotten him many times with luck of the draw, and over and over he’s been a great guy to interact with.
Keep up the great job! Ya’ll are leaps ahead of your competition in my book!

Comment : Came by for an oil change and the service I received was phenomenal! Andrew was my technician and he was fantastic! I usually get my oil changes at the Hyundai dealership but my interaction and experience was so pleasant and efficient that I’d rather come back to Express from here on out. Andrew’s customer service was top tier and he definitely portrayed real pride and confidence in his work. Thanks for the great experience!
