Comment : This was a good place to get tires and oil change done til about spring of 2025.

Two reasons:
1. We were quoted an amount for tires and during pick up we found out that labor was a whole separate thing which they did not give. Typically, labor is added to the cost and that is the estimate you give. It was a very unpleasant experience.

2. We had a wonderful Prius that we took in for an oil change towards the end of the day after work. We were probably one of the last vehicles they did on this day. Everything was fine until the very next morning on the road on the arsenal going to work. A low oil alert followed by a no oil alert that completely seized up our Prius. We had it towed to the auto shop where they found that the plug was gone. The only way this would happen is that it was not tightened properly. With new tires on it, it was deemed a loss as the engine would not function. As a result, we were in for another car payment, which during this time of expenses and just having installed new tires there was really, really upsetting.

We did bring this up to the manager there and there was no accountability. I get it. We are just one customer. But, it?s bad business.

Based on the reviews for the passed 10 months I did noticed that reviews seemed good so maybe they did something to put out better service. But we definitely don?t go there anymore and we have shared our experience with a lot of people when they ask what happened to the Prius, which is well-known for being a wonderful vehicle.

Comment : I have been a customer here for the past 13 years. This particular location has always had great customer service which is why I have been coming here for as long as I have. Today the service manager Chris went out of his way to help me and even save me money. He didn't have to do what he did but it's things like it that keep me coming back.
