Comment : Our Kia had a chronic Check Engine light. I had spent time, and $$$$, replacing the "usual suspects" in the vapor system. O C E found diagnosed 2 problems and fixed, for reasonable $$$$. I am pleased with them. Apparently, from looking at the cars in the shop, for major repairs, they can do anything. Ask for J. D. Also, my sister brings her Subaru here for oil changes. She is very picky regarding her Subaru!

Comment : Shawn was so nice! I just got an oil change. I always worry about being treated like I'm stupid because I'm a woman, especially since Im no car expert but I know enough to see when I'm being scammed. He never once talked that way to me. So so thankful for the simple things, like being treated well. Thank you!

Comment : Had been a customer of this business for many years (10+) not only for oil changes but also, tire rotation, brake jobs and various automotive repairs. So i was having tire problems and went to University Blvd. location. After waiting some time a manger approached and said we will inspect your tires but charge $10 non refundable just for my car to be lifted. I was taken aback but said OK. I few minutes later a manager approached me and said all new tires are needed - price $1,000 + $10 lift fee. This seemed outrageous - I left and later found same tires at another place for $700 and no lift fee. In additon, I contacted their headquarters via email provided on their website to tell them about this matter. The website said customers would receive a reply - it's been over 30 days still no reply. I have taken my business elsewhere you would be well advised to do the same.

Comment : I agree, the manager is a horrible person and speaks to customers in a demeanor that is not formattable, I may consider going back if the manager has been trained to deal with customers appropriately.

Comment : Terrible customer service. Cover over drain plug came off of car and they were the last ones to take it off and the part is $300 to replace but they will not take responsibility for it. Will not use them again

Comment : New in town and with the lengthy driving and weather changes, my tires are needing attention. I was looking around for somewhere that had a quick drive thru air station. I had stopped at a gas station a few weeks ago but the tire light came on again. I've passed this location several times and was actually going there for an oil change. Not only were they friendly and helpful, they checked all of my tires for free. Back on the road with zero cost! Can't beat that! I also had some new tires quoted for my sons car. Name brand, fully installed, out the door price was better than several big name places I had already checked. I will be back!

Comment : Went to the Daphne location for an oil change and I had a light puncture (I needed fill air up weekly). The whole experience was fantastic. They changed my oil in under 15 mins and found the nail that was in the wheel. They couldn't fix it but gave me directions to a place that could and gave me a quote for the tire, in case i decided to replace it. Totally recommend these guys!

Comment : Awesome job for my tires.  Sometimes it's crowded here but they get the job completed quickly.  Highly recommend.
