Comment : My wife and I were driving from Indiana to Florida with our two-year-old for spring break when we got a flat tire at 5:50 pm on a Friday. I called three places that said they could not do it that day, until I reached Jordan here. He told me to get there safely, and he would take care of us. We got there just after 6, and he and another guy stayed and patched the tire for us. They truly went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. We need more people like these two. Thank you!

Comment : Great and outstanding customer service! An issue came up, and the service manager, John R., quickly stepped in. He spoke with the store manager, and the problem was resolved within 10 minutes. I highly recommend asking for John if you have any concerns?he?ll take care of you.

Comment : Quick and easy oil change! I was in and out so fast, my child didn?t even whine to get out, which is unheard of anytime i cut off the car! ?? Richard was polite and professional. They didn?t try to sell me anything that I didn?t need or try to push me to buy something I didn?t come for! Thanks for making a routine oil change easy!

Express Oil Change in Calera is truly the place to go for all your car care needs. The team here is consistently friendly, patient, respectful, and understanding ? and that?s not just a one?time experience. I visit this location often, and every single time I?m met with the same kindness and professionalism.

Jordan was especially helpful during my most recent visit. He broke down complicated car jargon in a way that actually made sense, and he never made me feel rushed or confused. His patience and willingness to explain everything clearly made a huge difference.

There were also two other gentlemen who were incredibly attentive and kind. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and genuinely focused on helping me understand what was going on with my car. They took the time to walk me through the issue, offered clear options, and made sure I felt confident about the next steps.

This location truly sets the standard for customer service. If you want honesty, clarity, and people who actually care about doing things the right way, this is where you need to go!
