Comment : This is the second time Expertec said my car was ready. The first time they were just starting work when I arrived to pick up my car.This second time I was told on Friday it was ready. Because it was late day I decided to pick my car up on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday mid day it was not ready because it needed alignment. I had to wait about an hour until the alignment was finished. I was lied to twice and will not have my other vehicles serviced there. 😡😡😡

Comment : Had to keep returning my car due to issues still occurring after they said they would fix the issue. The owner is great and helpful, I forget what his name is. However this review is docked stars because of the service attendant, Dan. I have never been treated so rudely and with attitude when I asked him to help me when the owner wasn't available. He laughed in my face when I suggested a different method to fix the car, claiming they weren't going to do it because my car is too old and it would be too much work. He continuously disrespected me after through his tone and lack of help. He acted as if he wouldn't get in trouble either, I hope there is some form of retraining or warning for his behavior because I will not return due to him. Once again, the front desk workers and owner were very professional otherwise and I give them a couple stars because of how nice they were.

Comment : I?m used to the front girl with long grey hair who is extremely warm and yesterday the front younger girl was a bit cold.

Women getting cars worked on need to be reassured a little more. Just a suggestion.

I do wish I was called with an update rather than waiting til after 1600 and me calling up for an update.
The work done on my car was wonderful and thank you ! ??
