Comment : My husband has been waiting almost three weeks to get his car back. He drives a FIAT. They have not called to give him any updates only to let him know that they are waiting on a part to fix his car. A part that was to be delivered on Monday. They gave him a loner car to use and are now demanding it back. He will return the loner car when his car is done being repaired. I hope that it is repaired correctly. I took my Lexus in for breaks and had to return three times. I am now going to the Expertec in Huntington Beach and have not had any issues with service. I am very disappointed in the horrendous service he has received at Costa Mesa.

Comment : This is like the apple of auto shops. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. They were able to email me reports on the tests they did on my car and explain them to me. I had a complicated situation and the manager was incredible at taking care of my needs. Jose also extremely kind and helpful. I will be returning here.

Comment : I've been taking our company vehicles and my own cars to Expertec for many years now. Always helpful, always honest and always a fair price. They work expeditiously-- I've never had to leave my car overnight. I wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else!
