Comment : My wife and I purchased a used car from Exit 5 Auto per a recommendation from our daughter who also purchased a used car from Exit 5 Auto. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Matt and Jeremy took care of us during our purchase, They were Professional, Ethical, Informative , Accommodating, and Personable. The experience could not have been any better. The car we purchased has met all of our expectations.

Comment : I sent photos of my rusted out under carriage and of course no one returned my cal or acknowledged my info. Down to last payment on this car to find out frame is rusted and about to fall out. Oh by the way live in Maryland for the last 4 years with less than minimum snow. Talk about seeing a sucker coming a mile away

Comment : Total dishonesty and disrespect. Explicitly called the day before and was told the specific car was there, only to arrive and have them blatantly lie and say it was sold yesterday. jerking me around after an EIGHT-HOUR drive for nothing. I could have let it go if it were just a 30-minute drive, but this was inexcusable. Absolute disregard for my time. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Avoid!

Comment : I had a great experience at the dealership. Jeremy was the one I worked with directly, and he was quick to respond, easy to work with, and very professional throughout the entire process. We ran into a bit of a pickle along the way, but he helped find a solution and made sure everything went smoothly in the end.

Matt was also very kind and helpful during the process. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend this dealership to others!

Comment : I can't say enough about Dan in the service department.... we brought my son's car there as the check engine light was on....we refused to take it back where we bought it ( as that was a disaster)... but since we bought 2 cars from Exit 5 and have used the service department... we wanted to bring it there....as always they did a fantastic job....
I will always go back to Exit 5.....

I have been going to them for years, they are helpful, kind and understanding of what you need and it really does feel like they are looking out for your best interest. Comment : Recently bought my first suv from these guys. Everything was super smooth & easy to follow, from test driving a few suv?s to finalizing my purchase. I initially was assisted by Matt, who was very interested & committed to helping me find a car that was suitable for me to test drive. I completed all of my paperwork with Jeremy who was super awesome & sooo helpful to me as a first time buyer. Jeremy explained everything in great detail to me & helped me pick out the best choices for warrenty?s, etc. I am extremely grateful & impressed with how these guy?s express their love for their jobs & for the compassion they gave me. Rome was also super awesome to have a quick chat with.

Comment : While looking for a cheap, but good used car, my son found these guys through carfax. He found the car he was looking for and visited the store. They treated him kind, and with respect, which you don?t get when the shopper is an 18 yr old kid. I spoke with Rome about the vehicle, and he was very up front about the price, and answered every question I had. I then dealt with Jeremy on the financial side. After some confusion with the wording in the purchase agreement, he went through line for line to clear everything up. He was also VERY accommodating with my schedule to get the paperwork done when it was convenient for me. For anyone looking for a good value, and hassle free experience, I?d recommend these guys over the bigger local dealerships.
