Comment : We had great experience here! We bought a used 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. The process wasn't easy for us but this dealership worked everything out with us for the good. They are professional and know their stuff; Jeremy, Rome and Pat are very honest and had so much patience with us. Their service department is excellent, without hesitation Dan and his team made a repair the day right after the sale. We couldn't be happier! Thank you guys!

Comment : I recently purchased a 2018 Kia from Exit 5 and had a great experience from start to finish! Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating, extremely responsive, transparent, and willing to help me get into my new vehicle! I am grateful for the easy and low pressure experience of buying my new car and I recommend everyone shopping around to check them out! Plus they have awesome classic cars in the showroom, who doesn’t love that?

Comment : After shopping around for a vehicle for what seems like forever I stopped in to Exit 5 Auto. A few minutes after I got on the lot I was met by the sales manager Rome. He was professional, informative and a pleasure to consult my options with. He took time to listen to what I was looking for, showed me what they had that could fit my needs and never pressured me. I felt that I could take my time and consider my options. Pricing and trade-in amount was fair and transparent. I also have a warranty that I'm happy with. The entire process was a refreshing change to what I'd encountered up to this point. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in to Exit 5 Auto

Comment : I can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for a used vehicle. This is my 2nd personal experience buying a vehicle from them and each time they were very patient and understanding. Applying zero pressure so I can ensure my purchase is 100% my choice. Both times Rome was very communicative throughout the process just keeping me in the loop of what’s going on. Jeremy the finance manager was also very detailed when checking out. Explained all the legal and financial aspects in a very understandable way. Even explaining the warranty options he was not salesman-like, just making me aware of the offers without the pressure and feeling obligatory to accept them. All around they have a great team in the sales department that make you feel like they are more service providers than salesman.

Comment : Was going to buy a Jeep from them. Communication is awful. Went there and looked around, no one came out. I called as I left and got a secretary. No one called back. I then sent pictures and my Vin # for a trade in, no response. I was warned how bad they are, but it seems it is a reality.
