Comment : I bought my Mazda CX5 2017 here a month ago and have already had several problems with my car. I called about the first issue with my trunk struts and they argued the $50 part would cost $500 so I'm afraid to take it back there for any issues incase they do anything else to the car and mark up the price. Need an alternator or battery replacement bc my car is dead right now. Lemon laws won't help me bc the car is over 100k miles. As a single income parent of two kids, I couldn't afford to buy their warranty for an extra amount every month. Comment : These guys were ok. Too busy to take cate of a couple customers, had to wait to test drive a vehicle (over 30 minutes) . I had 3 vehicles to test drive, only got to test drive 1. They don't follow through as interested in the customer, more so the $$.

Comment : I had been looking for a used Subaru Outback for a few months but couldn t find anything locally when I came across Exit5 Auto via Facebook Ads. I checked out their inventory online and found exactly what I wanted, a 2016 Outback Limited. Now, I live 170+ miles away from this dealership and thought there s no way I m driving that distance with winter weather and all to purchase a vehicle. But after a couple days of looking at that vehicle online I decided to place a call and reassure myself that even though I wanted the car, it s too far away. I spoke with sales manager Rome Wager who put my mind at ease about the vehicle and how the process would work if I wanted to purchase it. Fast forward one week and now it s in my driveway and I couldn t be happier with my purchase. The vehicle is exactly how it was as shown in multiple photos taken at the dealership, the process was completely straightforward and uncomplicated and I was able to do this from the comfort of my home. Rome was diligent in working with me from our first conversation to lining up the transport people to get the car to me and following up the next day.
