Comment : So far so good. Just picked up my vehicle…2024 Jeep Compass. I hydroplaned and was involved in a single vehicle accident and went off into the ditch on Hwy 70 in the pouring down rain. I wasn’t sure who to choose to do the repair work on my severely damaged front end….the whole underneath of my car was damaged. My insurance sent me a preferred list of shops that they would prefer I work with. After reading reviews for Excel and bc they were right here in St Charles…the fact they were a “Family” owned and ran business appealed to me. Tired of just corporate nonsense. I called them, they got my car and began the process. Every week I received a VM letting me know the status of my vehicle and where it was in the repair process. I never had to call them to ask “what’s going on with my car?” They were on tops with communicating with me. When I picked my car up it had been cleaned both inside and out….(from the muddy mess it was in from the accident itself.). I’m ver impressed with Excel and if needed in the future I will not hesitate to call them again. I feel like they had me and my car’s best interest well in hand. Hard to find a business today that will not only provide integrity and honesty but also reliability and pride in their work. My car looks brand new. It was a pleasure working with them and the workmanship shows in their finished work!!!

Comment : My Toyota Prius needed a new front bumper and the service was exceptional from the moment I opened the door for the estimate until I drove my car home. Estimated 3-5 days and they had it done by the middle of the second day! My car looks new after the repairs and cleaning they gave it. I cannot thank Excel enough. Amazing job and amazing experience!!!!
