Comment : They were very polite and strived for excellience. The only things I am concerned with is I spent $4,000 and could not get a ride. Even though they had my car for a long period of time I felt they were working hard to get the proper cause of my problem.

Comment : They told me my car needed a new engine for $11k or to buy a new car. No evidence, no testing, no quote or work order even when I asked for it in writing TWICE. Never going back to that dealership again.

Comment : The customer service provided by my Service Advisor, Herb Levine, was EXCELLENT, and so was the work performed on my vehicle. Herb advised me on work the technician suggested be done and whether or not the work was critical to be done immediately or, could wait to be done at a later date/appointment. Herb also kept me updated on when my vehicle would be ready for pickup via email AND phone calls. GREAT service!
