Comment : This was the best buying experience I have had, hands down! I bought my 23' Ascent here last week. My salesperson Sarah was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Working on price and payment was a very quick and straightforward process with minimal haggling. Would definitely recommend buying from this dealership. Comment : Dealt with some sketchy people here who could up hold being honest with me. Bought a used Lexus from them which I saw visibly had damage and felt the vibration. It was said to be a bent rim. They replaced said bent rim after trying to get rid of the car as fast as possible stating that was the vibration cause. Got the new rim and it s a different color, already damaged inside and just went to a shop to find out it probably is bent as well. Not willing to do anything for me in trying to fix it and just make a quick buck. I m supposed to ship the car and the title information hasn t even been processed. Tech apparently knew about the information and hid it from the sales person. Stay away from this place. They aren t honest and will try to sell anything by covering it up to make some money. Comment : I have a lot of respect and good feelings about Evergreen Subaru in Auburn. We bought a used car there in the end of January, and when I got it home I discovered a few things that they had advertised as features weren t working (the heated seats & the touch screen panel for the radio unit). I called them and asked if they would fix it, and they took it back, sent it to Morong (since it s a VW), and serviced what amounted to $4k of repairs on their dime. They also let me drive a 2024 Forrester the entire month they had it for repairs (Morong had to order some parts that were back ordered so it took awhile).Everyone I spoke to and interacted with there was friendly and helpful, and I really respect and appreciate that they made the repairs without any argument at all.Next time we buy a car (which hopefully isn t for awhile ) we will honestly go right back there because they treated us so well.I wanted to give them a shout out post and encourage other people to consider them when car buying, because they have A+ customer service and integrity and that is rare in today s world!I have a lot of respect and good feelings about Evergreen Subaru in Auburn.
