Comment : A very dissatisfied customer. I went out of my way to this establishment to purchase gas and encountered a very rude man working there. I proceeded to ask the gentleman for 10 in gas and he never acknowledged me or answered any of my question related to the transaction . I will never purchase gas from them again and recommend that you don't either

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : My starter went when I was coming back from a Delaware beach trip. AAA towed my car here. I am always hesitant to try new garages, but I didn't have another option. These guys were super transparent and honest about pricing and got me up and running by the next day. I was very pleasently surprised and would recommend them to a friend or use them again when I'm in the Philly area. Thanks so much! 🙏

Comment : I had a truly great experience at Evans Gulf and want to give a big shoutout to the entire team here.

First and foremost, I got the headlamp restoration service, and the results were stunning. Ever since I bought this car used, the foggy headlights really bothered me. I had tried to fix it myself before with no luck—but the restoration here made them look brand new, honestly even better than a new headlamp. The difference is amazing (just check the picture!).

Beyond the great work, I especially appreciated their communication. I often feel intimidated when it comes to auto repair since I don’t have much knowledge in that area. I had an issue with an unknown noise in the car, and they were incredibly kind and patient in explaining the situation, what the issue was, and what my options were—with no pressure at all.

I'm especially thankful they caught the issue early, since I have a long-distance trip coming up and now I feel much more at ease.

If you’re looking for honest, high-quality service with clear communication, I would absolutely recommend Evans Gulf!
