Comment : Overall great customer service, the reason for the 3 stars is do to the replacement of my brake lights without speaking to me first, with having tthe option of yes or no, but i went ahead and paid. As well as my vehicle was driven without my authorization or acknowledgement in regards to my vehicle having to be driven off the repair shops property. Gas used wasn't replaced, leaving the tank close to empty, when seen at pickup.

Comment : Absolute worst decision of my life. I payed these people originally $2,000 to get some electrical problems fixed with the car. After 3 months the same problems started happenening again went back payed another $4000 to get that problem and some other problems fixed. Not even 2 weeks later from getting my car back the original issue came back. I had a warranty in place to get it fixed for free before 30 days then they want to tell me its a freaking alternator that needs changed so they wanted me to pay another $2000 i was like no not happening. Needless to say i spent $7,000 in a 6 month period still paying another $1000 off in a loan they required me to get for me to get my car back. Just for them to do absolutely nothing to fix my car at all. Dont trust them they are a scam business.

Comment : I've been a customer for several years.
Was sent a coupon for oil change.Called last week and made appointment for oil service and asked if they would reset my service B on my E350 Mercedes since I had changed the cabin filter and had brake service completed previously.
Dan checked and confirmed they would change the oil and reset the light.
I drove 30 miles from my home to their shop and was told at that time, "we will change the oil but won't reset the service light".
I asked to speak to manager and explained that Dan had confirmed they would reset my service light.
Was told no, it would be a "disservice"
WILL NEVER GO BACK
