Comment : This was my first experience with this business. Communications were excellent. Diagnosticls were presented in a straightforward manner with no pressure. OEM parts were used. The loaner SUV was a plus.

Unfortunately, after picking up my car, I noticed that the rear windshield wiper blade had not been replaced, despite the service checklist indicating that it should be checked and replaced if necessary.

When I called, Lauren told me that the technician had noted on my receipt that both the wiper arm and blade were missing, which was supposedly why the work had not been completed. I was not given this documentation with my itemized paperwork, so I had no way of knowing this was supposedly the technician's finding. I was then quoted approximately $250 to replace the arm and blade.

A week later, I purchased a replacement kit online for around $20 and discovered that the existing wiper arm was still attached to my vehicle. I simply snapped the new blade into place. This left me questioning why I had been told the arm was missing and why I had been quoted $250 for a repair that did not appear necessary.

I called again and left a polite voicemail asking for clarification. My concern is not about the cost of a $10 wiper blade, but whether the inspection checklist reflects issues that have actually been thoroughly assessed or whether boxes are simply being checked. If a technician genuinely believed my wiper arm was missing, I would like to understand how that conclusion was reached when the arm was still on my vehicle.

I also want to understand why the technician's notes were not included in my paperwork and why I was told documentation existed that I had never received. Since picking up my car, communication has also been noticeably slower, and I have yet to receive a clear explanation despite reaching out politely.

As a young woman managing and paying for my own vehicle maintenance, this experience has been particularly disheartening. Although my interactions with Lauren and the front office staff were initially positive, the discrepancy and lack of follow-up have left me questioning whether I was given accurate information and treated fairly. I cannot know whether my age or gender played a role, but I have been left feeling potentially misled and taken advantage of.

After spending $1,200, I expected diligence, transparency, and clear communication. The issue is not the price of a wiper blade; it is the loss of trust when a shop's explanation does not match what I found on my own vehicle. This experience has been especially disappointing given how positive my initial impression was.'>

Comment : I recently spent approximately $1,200 servicing my Audi at this shop. Initially, I was very happy with my experience. Lauren was kind and pleasant to speak with over the phone, and my initial interactions with the staff made me feel comfortable choosing this shop for my vehicle's maintenance.

Comment : Euro Motorworks did an amazing job from start to finish! The team was very communicative, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and made everything easy and stress free FRFR. They took great care of me, and I genuinely feel like this is a shop I can trust with my vehicle. The staff went above and beyond to keep me in the loop every step of the way. To top it all off, they even left my favorite snack in the car! That personal touch meant a lot and really shows how much they care about their customers. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend Euro Motorworks to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and customer focused shop! SHOUT OUT TO LAUREN!!!??

Comment : Will be a customer for life going forward. First time customer, very impressed with the little things. It's not hard but most places can't seem to provide true amazing customer service. This place does! Small things like communication, taking pride in the job, you can tell from the start and until you pick up everyone cares about what they do.
