Comment : I would not even rate the one Star.. I booked an appointment with them informing them of my signal light (left side) is not working and that I had a few messages regarding the signal tail light on the left side. I brought my car at 8:30am and was told I will get a call to inform me regarding the messages. I was told that it would be $170 for an inspection.. I never get a phone call and so I call about 4:15pm and asked whats the update, basically told me that they have to fix the entire light assembly and it will cost $460 and $88 for labor+ the $170 inspection fee. Smh I thought that was crazy for a tail light bulb issue.. I thought it was inconsiderate to have me wait all day for that and did not provide any other inspection notes of my car…I declined their services and went to another auto-shop and learned the wire was sticking out of bulb carrier and was the reason why the signal light was not working. Smh Spend only $50 to get that fix.

Comment : Took my Boxster here to replace a sensor. My own part and they provided a free inspection. They were fast and friendly. Waiting room was clean, free Wi-Fi, coffee and ride home if you need it.

Comment : Certainly better than a dealer, and overall a good experience. Customer service is strong and communication is about average for a mechanic. The repairs I had done all seem to be working fine with no issues. The only issue I have with this shop is pricing. I do a lot of work myself, but unfortunately am not able to right now and am, for the most part, confined to shops instead. There were a couple repairs I was quoted on where the price was definitely inflated both on the part price and the labor. One of the jobs I declined involved a 70-130$ part, depending on if you go aftermarket or OEM, and takes quite literally 5 minutes. I was quoted 197$ for the part and 115$ for an hour of labor. There are other shops I know that would not charge you any labor for such a simple job, especially when you re already spending a few thousand at there shop.I found this left a semi-bad taste in my mouth; I know they are a business, and especially right now things are tough, but they are for everyone to and I think they could do a better job of trying to help their customers save on little things like this rather than nickle and dime every repair. I would consider checking online OEM parts dealers, such as FCP Euro and the dealer for part price comparisons before committing to repairs.Wanted to add an edit after calling and speaking with the owner. He was very understanding of my frustrations, explained his perspective, and acknowledged how they could have done better. He really does care about his shop and the service he provides, and I'm sure will look to improve so similar experiences to mine do not happen. I'm increasing my rating because of how positive this interaction was and my belief that they have your best in mind.Certainly better than a dealer, and overall a good experience. Comment : Found this excellent MBZ repair facility after having over spent at the Long Beach MBZ dealer for a tire rotation and oil change. $300 later, after applying a $150 discount coupon, I realized I will never use a dealer again for repairs. Euro Car is what the MBZ dealer strives to emulate. Quality service, timely delivery after a repair, a car wash, courteous advisors who really want to understand the problem(s) and excellent pricing. About that. The MBZ dealer returned my car with a long list of things that absolutely needed to be done to my GLC300. Total? Over $7,500. Took it to Euro Car for a second opinion for free. They did a thorough inspection and came away with $4,000. The dealer said my tires were "rotten" and at 3/32 tread depth. Euro car pointed to the fact that the tires had not even reached the tread bars and were not rotten. Dealer said i needed front struts and shocks. Euro Car said I needed all 4 shocks and struts. If you want quality service, sensible and honest inspection, and fair pricing, go to Euro Car.Found this excellent MBZ repair facility after having over spent at the Long Beach MBZ dealer for a tire rotation and oil change. $300 later, after applying a $150 discount coupon, I realized I will never use a dealer again for repairs. Was quoted 970$ for a part that I can get online (OEM or OE) for 250-300$. Probably would avoid.Certainly better than a dealer, and overall a good experience.
