Comment : We love Ernie's. Ernie has been taking care of us for so many years and each and every time they are fair, reasonable, honest, and a complete pleasure to work with. Having something go wrong with your car is stressful, and they have always dealt with it and calmed me in every single situation. I would not let anyone even look at my car except for Ernie's. We have four cars and if anything goes wrong with any of them, we immediately drop it off at Ernie's. It feels so good to have an honest mechanic, especially with so many who are not.

Comment : I had an emergency (my car completely died and I was stranded in Troy!) and they were able to squeeze me in despite a very busy day. I got my car towed there around 8:45-9ish? And was done before 12. I seriously appreciate them for everything they did and can't recommend them enough!!

Comment : Had a rattling in the front end of my subaru. My manager recommended i stop in and it turned out to be a loose clamp on the exhaust heat shield. Very helpful and great folks. Will be bringing my subaru back in the future.

Comment : My experience here was amazing! Had to make a pit stop due to car troubles during my road trip. Mike was able to assess the situation and fit us in the schedule, we were back on the road pretty quickly. Shout out to Todd the mechanic that did the work, very efficient!

Comment : Ernie was honest and professional. His work was done in a timely manner and with Subaru Parts. Other customers in the office seemed pleased with the suggestions and work Ernie suggested. Also I thought the cost was quite reasonable. I definitely found my mechanic!
